Description
− 窓パネル(本明細書中では「パネル」とも示される)が、第1の表面と、第2の表面と、縁端部とを含み、特に、窓パネルが可視放射を透過可能であり、窓パネルの表面の少なくとも1つが表面構造を含み、前記表面構造(本明細書中では「構造」とも示される)を含む表面の少なくとも1つが、特に照明ユニットの放射による照射下で可視プライバシー光を発生させるように構成されており、
− 照明ユニットが、窓パネルの表面の少なくとも1つを前記照明ユニットの放射で照射し、これにより、前記(可視)プライバシー光を誘起し、且つ少なくとも1つの方向における窓パネルの見通し性を低下させるように構成されており、及び
− 制御ユニットが、照明ユニットの放射を入力信号の関数として制御するように構成されている、プライバシー窓システムを提供する。
Claims (15)
- 窓パネルと、照明ユニットと、制御ユニットとを含むプライバシー窓システムであって、
− 前記窓パネルが、第1の表面と、第2の表面と、縁端部とを含み、前記窓パネルが可視光を透過可能であり、前記窓パネルの前記表面の少なくとも1つが表面構造を含み、前記表面構造を含む前記表面の前記少なくとも1つが、照明ユニットの放射による照射下で可視プライバシー光を発生させ、
− 前記照明ユニットが、前記窓パネルの前記表面の少なくとも1つを前記照明ユニットの放射で第1の側及び/又は第2の側から照射し、これにより、前記プライバシー光を誘起し、且つ少なくとも1つの方向における前記窓パネルの見通し性を低下させ、及び
− 前記制御ユニットが、前記照明ユニットの放射を入力信号の関数として制御する、プライバシー窓システム。 - 光センサを更に含み、前記制御ユニットが、更に、前記照明ユニットの放射を前記光センサの周囲光センサ信号の関数として制御する、請求項1に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記窓パネルの両側に光センサを含み、前記制御ユニットが、更に、前記照明ユニットの放射を両方の光センサの周囲光センサ信号の関数として制御する、請求項2に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 人感センサを更に含み、前記制御ユニットが、更に、前記照明ユニットの放射を前記人感センサの人感センサ信号の関数として制御する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記照明ユニットの放射の色、色温度及び強度の1つ以上が可変であり、前記プライバシー窓システムがユーザインターフェースを更に含み、前記制御ユニットが、更に、前記照明ユニットの放射を前記ユーザインターフェースの入力信号の関数として制御する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記窓パネルの、前記照明ユニットとは別の側に配置された第2の照明ユニットを更に含み、前記第2の照明ユニットが第2の照明ユニット光を提供し、前記第2の照明ユニット光の色、色温度及び強度の1つ以上が可変であり、前記制御ユニットが、前記照明ユニットの放射を前記第2の照明ユニット光の関数として制御する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記窓パネル、前記照明ユニット及び前記制御ユニットが単一の窓ユニットに一体化されている、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記表面構造が反射性表面構造を含み、前記照明ユニットの放射が可視光を含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記表面構造が、前記照明ユニットの放射によって励起可能な発光物質を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 複数の窓パネル、複数の照明ユニット及び前記制御ユニットを含み、前記複数の照明ユニットが、前記複数の窓パネルの前記表面の1つに照明ユニットの放射を照射し、前記制御ユニットが、前記複数の照明ユニットの前記照明ユニットの放射を前記入力信号の関数として制御する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 1つ以上の窓パネルと、1つ以上の照明ユニットとの複数のサブセットを含み、前記1つ以上の照明ユニットは前記サブセット内の前記1つ以上の窓パネルを照射し、前記複数のサブセットの前記1つ以上の照明ユニットは独立に制御可能であり、各サブセットは前記サブセット内の前記1つ以上の照明ユニットを制御するためのユーザインターフェースに機能的に接続されている、請求項10に記載のプライバシー窓システム。
- 前記窓パネルの側の少なくとも1つにおけるプライバシーを制御するための、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載のプライバシー窓システムの使用。
- 前記プライバシー窓システムがホテルの部屋に一体化される、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 前記ホテルの部屋が、第2の照明ユニット光を提供する第2の照明ユニットを更に含み、前記第2の照明ユニット光の色、色温度及び強度の1つ以上が可変であり、前記制御ユニットが、前記照明ユニットの放射を前記第2の照明ユニット光の関数として制御する、請求項13に記載の使用。
- 複数の前記窓パネルが建物の正面に一体化され、前記制御ユニットが、更に、文字、記号、アイコン、シンボル、サイン、書記素及び図の1つ以上を前記正面の複数の前記プライバシー窓システムによって表示する、請求項12乃至14の何れか一項に記載の複数の前記窓パネルの前記側の少なくとも1つにおけるプライバシーを制御するための複数のプライバシー窓システムの使用。
