Claims (6)
- 被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口を囲むボディであって、前記ボディは、被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口と外気との間の複数の流路を形成し、前記複数の流路は前記複数の流路の全てではないが一つ以上の流路を作る流路の第1のサブセットを有する、前記ボディと、
流路の第1のサブセット内に配置される一つ以上の吸入バルブのセットであって、前記一つ以上の吸入バルブは、流路の第1のサブセット内で外気から被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口へ比較的自由にガスを流すことを可能にし、前記一つ以上の吸入バルブは、流路の第1のサブセット内で被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口から外気へのガスの流れを著しく抵抗させるか又は封止し、外気から被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口へ通るガスのため前記ボディにより形成される複数の流路内のガスの流れに対する累積的な抵抗が、被験者が前記ボディを通って自由に吸入できるほど充分に低く、被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口から外気へ通るガスのため前記ボディにより形成される複数の流路内のガスの流れに対する累積的な抵抗が、前記ボディを通る被験者による呼気が、呼気の間、気道をサポートする被験者の気道内に圧力を作るほど充分に高い、前記一つ以上の吸入バルブのセットと、
回路ポートを通って前記ボディへ呼吸可能なガスの圧力がかかった流れを送る回路と前記ボディの内部とを接続するために前記ボディ内に形成される当該回路ポートとを有する、被験者が呼吸するとき被験者の気道をサポートする呼吸機器。 - 前記回路ポートに接続する前記回路から前記ボディへのガスの流れに対する前記回路ポートの抵抗を制御する、前記回路ポートに配置された回路バルブを更に有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の安定性に関係した情報を運ぶ一つ以上の出力信号を生成する一つ以上のセンサと、前記一つ以上のセンサにより生成される前記一つ以上の出力信号に基づいて、前記回路ポートに接続する前記回路からの前記ボディへのガスの流れに対する前記回路バルブの前記抵抗を制御するプロセッサとを更に有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記ボディにより形成される流路の第2のサブセット内に配置される一つ以上の呼気バルブのセットを更に有し、前記一つ以上の呼気バルブは、被験者の気道の前記一つ以上の外口から流路の第2のサブセットを通って外気へのガスの流れを可能にし、流路の第2のサブセットは、流路の第1のサブセット内に含まれていない前記ボディにより形成される複数の流路の一つ以上の流路で作られる、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記回路ポートは、前記回路を前記ボディの内部と選択的に接続させるため前記回路と着脱可能にインタフェースする、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口が被験者の鼻孔を有し、前記呼吸機器は、更に、呼吸可能なガスの圧力がかかった流れを被験者の他方の鼻孔に達しないように封止する一方、前記回路ポートから被験者の一方の鼻孔へ呼吸可能なガスの圧力がかかった流れを向けさせる前記ボディ内に配置された内部障壁を有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
