Description
Claims (19)
- 被験者が呼吸するとき被験者の気道をサポートする呼吸機器であって、被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口を囲むボディと、前記ボディの内部から前記ボディの外部へのガスの流れに対する制御可能な抵抗を供給する前記ボディ内に配置された一つ以上のバルブと、被験者が前記ボディを通って呼吸する間、前記ボディの前記内部から前記ボディの外部へのガスの流れに対する前記一つ以上のバルブの前記抵抗を制御するプロセッサとを有し、前記プロセッサは、時間が経つにつれて前記一つ以上のバルブの前記抵抗を傾斜させ、被験者が寝入るときの前記一つ以上のバルブの抵抗よりも寝入った後の方が前記一つ以上のバルブの抵抗が高い、呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の周りの組織の振動に関係した情報を運ぶ一つ以上の出力信号を生成する一つ以上のセンサを更に有し、前記プロセッサは、前記一つ以上のセンサにより生成される前記一つ以上の出力信号に基づいて、前記一つ以上のバルブの前記抵抗を制御する、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者がいびきをかいていることを前記一つ以上のセンサにより生成される前記一つ以上の出力が示す場合、前記プロセッサは、前記ボディの前記内部から前記ボディの外部へのガスの流れに対する前記バルブの増大した抵抗により生じる被験者の気道内の増大した圧力が被験者の気道へのサポートを供給するように、前記ボディの内部から前記ボディの外部へのガスの流れに対する前記一つ以上のバルブの抵抗を増大させる、請求項2に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者がいびきをかいていないことを前記一つ以上のセンサにより生成される前記一つ以上の出力信号が示す場合、前記プロセッサは、前記ボディの内部から前記ボディの外部へのガスの流れに対する前記一つ以上のバルブの前記抵抗を減少させる、請求項2に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記一つ以上のセンサが被験者の組織の振動又は音波を変換するトランスデューサを有する、請求項2に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記一つ以上のセンサが被験者の気道で又は気道の近くでのガスの流率及び/又は圧力を監視するセンサを有する、請求項2に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記ボディは、被験者の気道の囲まれた前記一つ以上の外口の外部を囲む膜を含む、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記ボディにより囲まれる気道の前記一つ以上の外口を通って自由に被験者が吸入可能にするために、比較的にほとんど抵抗なく、前記ボディの外部から前記ボディの内部へガスが通る、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 比較的にほとんど抵抗なく、前記ボディの外部から前記ボディの内部へガスが通過可能にさせる前記ボディ内に配置される一つ以上の吸入バルブを更に有する、請求項8に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の一つ以上の開口部が被験者の鼻孔を有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者が呼吸するとき、被験者の気道をサポートする呼吸機器であって、被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口を囲むための手段と、被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口から外気へガスが通気される一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御するための制御手段とを有し、被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口から外気へガスが通気される一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御するための前記制御手段が、時間が経つにつれて前記一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する前記抵抗を傾斜させるための手段を有し、被験者が寝入るときよりも寝入った後の方が前記一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する前記抵抗が高い、呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の周りの組織の振動に関係した情報を運ぶ一つ以上の出力信号を生成するための手段を更に有し、被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口から外気へガスが通気される一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御するための前記制御手段が、生成される前記出力信号に基づいて、前記一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御するための手段を有する、請求項11に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口から外気へガスが通気される一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御するための前記制御手段は、被験者がいびきをかいていることを前記一つ以上の出力信号が示す場合、前記一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する増大した抵抗により生じる被験者の気道内の増大した圧力が被験者の気道へのサポートを供給するように、ガスの流れに対する前記一つ以上の流路の抵抗を増大させるための手段を有する、請求項12に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口から外気へガスが通気される一つ以上の流路のガスの流れに対する抵抗を制御する前記制御手段は、生成される前記一つ以上の出力信号が、被験者がいびきをかいていないことを示す場合、ガスの流れに対する前記一つ以上の流路の抵抗を減少させるための手段を有する、請求項12に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記一つ以上の出力信号を生成するための手段が、被験者の組織の振動又は音波を変換するための手段を有する、請求項12に記載の呼吸機器。
- 前記一つ以上の出力信号を生成するための手段が、被験者の気道で又は気道の近くでのガスの流率及び/又は圧力を示す信号を生成するための手段を有する、請求項12に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口を囲むための前記手段は、囲まれた一つ以上の外口の外部を囲む膜を有する、請求項11に記載の呼吸機器。
- 囲まれた気道の前記一つ以上の外口を通って自由に被験者が吸入可能にするために、比較的にほとんど抵抗なく、外気からのガスが被験者の気道の囲まれた一つ以上の外口に到達可能にするための手段を更に有する、請求項11に記載の呼吸機器。
- 被験者の気道の一つ以上の外口が被験者の鼻孔を有する、請求項11に記載の呼吸機器。
