Description
まず、図1を用いて、第1の実施形態に係る診断システムについて説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る診断システムの構成例を示す図である。図1に例示するように、第1の実施形態に係る診断システムには、一つの態様として、個人宅にいる被検体Pに装着される診断装置1と、被検体Pの個人宅に設置される無線ルータ等のアクセスポイント11と、病院に設置されるサーバ装置12とが含まれる。アクセスポイント11とサーバ装置12とは、ネットワーク10を介して通信可能である。例えば、アクセスポイント11とサーバ装置12とは、VPN(Virtual Private Network)等のセキュリティが確保された回線を介して相互に通信を行う。
上記第1の実施形態では、図3〜図8を用いて、薄型かつ平板状の超音波プローブ101の形状について説明した。しかし、診断装置1と接続される超音波プローブの形状は上記第1の実施形態に示した形状に限られない。そこで、第2の実施形態では、超音波プローブの他の形状例について説明する。
上記第1の実施形態では、超音波プローブが、上面及び下面が略平行に形成された略直方体の外装ケース103を有する例を示した。しかし、超音波プローブは、双方の面が平行に形成されていない外装ケースを有してもよい。この点について図11及び図12を用いて説明する。図11は、変形例1に係る超音波プローブ201を示す外観拡大図である。また、図12は、図11のI2−I2線における超音波プローブ201を示す断面図である。
また、上記第1の実施形態では、超音波プローブが、平面状の上面及び下面が略平行に形成された略直方体の外装ケース103を有する例を示した。しかし、超音波プローブは、上面及び下面のうち音響レンズ105が設けられる接触面に、被検体Pの突起部(骨等)と係り合う凹部が形成された外装ケースを有してもよい。この点について図14及び図15を用いて説明する。図14は、変形例2に係る超音波プローブ301を示す外観拡大図である。また、図15は、図14のI3−I3線における超音波プローブ301を示す断面図である。
また、上記第1の実施形態では、超音波プローブが、平面状の上面及び下面が略平行に形成された略直方体の外装ケース103を有する例を示した。しかし、超音波プローブは、接触面から離れる方向に延伸自在な延伸部材(すなわち、少なくとも1以上に積み重ねられた複数の平板状の接着部材)が設けられた外装ケースを有してもよい。この点について図16を用いて説明する。図16は、変形例4に係る超音波プローブ401を示す断面図である。
また、上記の図1〜図16を用いて説明した実施形態では、診断装置1が被検体Pに携帯されることを前提とする例を示した。しかし、診断装置1は、被検体Pに携帯されない据え置き型であってもよい。具体的には、上述してきた診断装置1のうち、超音波プローブ101及びホルター心電計プローブ111は、被検体Pに携帯されてもよいが、装置本体100については、被検体Pに携帯されずに医療室等に据え置きされてもよい。
上記では、被検体Pが運動を行った後に、操作者が装置本体100を操作することで、運動負荷心エコーを行う例を示した。しかし、装置本体100は、被検体Pによる運動が終了した時点を検知することで、運動直後の超音波画像及び心電図を自動的に記録してもよい。この点について図17を用いて具体的に説明する。図17は、実施形態に係る診断装置1によって実施される運動負荷心エコー検査の一例を示す図である。

Claims (4)
- 被検体に接着することを目的として接触する接触面が前記被検体の突起部と嵌合可能な形状に形成された超音波プローブと、
前記被検体に装着された前記超音波プローブから当該被検体に対して送信された超音波の反射波信号を処理する処理装置と、
を備え、
前記処理装置は、
事前に設定され、1日の中における特定の時間帯において、前記超音波プローブに対して超音波の送信処理及び反射波信号の受信処理を実行するように制御する制御部を備える、超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブは、
前記接触面を有する平板状の外装ケースと、
前記被検体の突起部である骨の間に嵌合可能な凸形状に形成された湾曲部が前記外装ケース上に配置されるレンズと、
前記レンズを介して前記外装ケースの略厚み方向に送信される超音波を発生させる圧電素子と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブは、
前記接触面を有し、前記被検体の突起部である骨と係り合う凹部が当該接触面に形成された外装ケースと、
前記外装ケースに設けられたレンズと、
前記レンズを介して前記外装ケースの略厚み方向に送信される超音波を発生させる圧電素子と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブは、
伸縮部材、又は、少なくとも1以上に積み重ねられた複数の平板状の接着部材が前記接触面に形成されることにより、超音波の送信角度が変更可能である、
請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
