Claims (2)
- 被験者が片方の足で所定の時間内にタップした片足タッピングの回数を電気信号として出力する手段を備えたマットと、被験者が椅子に座って片方の足で所定の時間内に足関節底背屈した回数を電気信号として出力する手段を備えた足関節底背屈測定器と、前記マット及び前記足関節底背屈測定器とを接続する測定器と、前記測定器からのデータを表示する入出力装置とを備えた転倒リスク評価装置において、
前記測定器は、前記片足タッピング回数を検出し記憶する測定データ記憶部1と、
前記測定データ記憶部1に記憶されている前記片足タッピング回数とTUGテスト値との相関関係式から前記タッピング回数をTUGテスト値に変換するデータ変換部と、
前記変換された変換TUGテスト値から前記被験者の転倒リスクを評価する評価部と、
座位片足タッピング回数を検出し記憶する測定データ記憶部2と、
前記足関節底背屈の回数を記憶する測定データ記憶部3と、
前記測定データ記憶部1と、前記測定データ記憶部2と、前記測定データ記憶部3とに記憶されているデータとから、転倒リスクと下肢支持力及び/又は体幹機能、あるいは足関節について転倒リスクの改善を促す運動プログラムを提示する運動プログラム作成部
とを備えたことを特徴とする転倒リスク評価装置。 - 前記足関節底背屈測定器は、短手方向の中心線上に配置された回転軸受部の回転軸を挟んで上下する長方形の底板と、前記底板の上面である片足を載置する載置台と、前記底板の下面に設けられ、前記底板の長手方向の下面端部が着離床することでオンオフするスイッチとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転倒リスク評価装置。
