Claims (6)
- ガス・タービン・エンジン内の燃料流と空気流とを混合するためのマイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズルであって、
前記燃料流と連絡し、複数の燃料プレート開口部と燃料プレート通路とを備える燃料プレートと、
前記燃料プレートと位置合わせされ、前記空気流と連絡する空気プレートと、
を備え、
前記燃料プレートは、
第1のサイドおよび第2のサイドと、
前記第1のサイドから前記第2のサイドまで前記燃料プレートを通って延在する複数の燃料プレート開口部と、
前記燃料プレートの前記第2のサイド上に形成された少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路は、前記燃料プレートの前記第2のサイド上の溝を含み、
前記複数の燃料プレート開口部の少なくとも一部は、前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路と位置合わせされ、前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路内に出、
前記空気プレートは、
第1のサイドおよび第2のサイドと、
前記第1のサイドから前記第2のサイドまで前記空気プレートを通って延在する複数の空気プレート開口部と、
前記空気プレートの前記第1のサイド上に形成された少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路は、前記空気プレートの前記第1のサイド上の溝を含み、
前記複数の空気プレート開口部の少なくとも一部は、前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路と位置合わせされ、
前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路と前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路は、少なくとも部分的に重なり合って混合チューブを形成し、
前記燃料流が、前記複数の燃料プレート開口部を通って、前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路および前記混合チューブに流れ、
前記燃料流が、前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路からの前記空気流と混合され、前記複数の空気プレート開口部から出る燃料空気混合気を生成する、
マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。 - 前記少なくとも1つの燃料プレート通路は、同心円が含まれる、請求項1に記載の前記マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路は、直線状の空気プレート通路が含まれる、請求項1に記載の前記マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気プレート通路は、円形状の空気プレート通路セグメントが含まれる、請求項1に記載の前記マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。
- 前記複数の空気プレート開口部は、前記複数の燃料プレート開口部とずれている、請求項1に記載の前記マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。
- 前記複数の空気プレート開口部は、角度の付いた空気プレート開口部が含まれる、請求項1に記載の前記マイクロ・ミキサ燃焼ノズル。
