Description
図2に示すように、一連の運航環境下において、船舶300側ではその運航目的に応じて、一般海域Nだけでなく、有害物質の排出が厳しく禁止された排出規制海域(ECA:Emission Control Area)をも頻繁に運航するようになる。
以上、本発明の特定の実施例が説明され図示されたが、本発明は当業者によって種々に変形され実施される可能性があることは自明なことである。
Claims (16)
- 船体と;
前記船体の推進のためのエンジンと;
前記エンジンから排出される排ガスに含まれている有害物質を低減させるための有害物質低減機器と;
前記船体が有害物質の排出が規制される排出規制海域(ECA:Emission Control Area)またはECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記エンジンの出力を下向き調節して、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量を低減させるエンジン出力調節装置と;
前記船体が前記ECAに近接したECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記有害物質低減機器を予備加熱する有害物質低減機器の予熱装置と;を含み、
前記有害物質低減機器の予熱装置は、
グローバル位置決定システム(GPS:Global Positioning System)または前記船体の運営のための船舶運営制御器と通信しながら、前記船体の位置情報を取得する船体位置取得モジュールと;
前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECA進入予備地点に位置しているか否かを判断するECAと船体との相対位置判断モジュールと;
前記船体が前記ECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記有害物質低減機器に連結された熱供給ユニットと通信して、前記有害物質低減機器を予備加熱する有害物質低減機器加熱モジュールと;を含み、
前記有害物質低減機器の予熱装置は、前記船体位置取得モジュールと通信して、前記船体の位置情報を読み出した後、読み出された前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECAを離れたか否かを判断するECA進出有無判断モジュールをさらに含み、
前記有害物質低減機器加熱モジュール側では、前記船体が前記ECAを離れたと判断された場合、前記熱供給ユニットと通信して、前記熱供給ユニットを非活性化させることを特徴とする船舶。 - 前記エンジン出力調節装置は、
グローバル位置決定システム(GPS:Global Positioning System)または前記船体の運営のための船舶運営制御器と通信しながら、前記船体の位置情報を取得する船体位置取得モジュールと;
前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECAまたはECA進入予備地点に位置しているか否かを判断するECAと船体との相対位置判断モジュールと;
前記船体が前記ECAまたはECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記船舶運営制御器または前記エンジンの駆動のためのエンジン駆動器と通信して、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を下向き調節することで、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量を低減させるエンジン出力因子調節モジュールと;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶。 - 前記エンジン出力因子調節モジュール側では、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量が前記有害物質低減機器の容量に合わせて調節され得るように前記エンジン出力因子を下向き調節することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶。
- 前記エンジン出力因子は、前記船体の船速、前記エンジンの毎分回転数(Revolutions Per Minute)、前記エンジンの燃料量、及び前記エンジンの有効圧力のうちのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の船舶。
- 前記エンジン出力調節装置は、前記有害物質低減機器に取り付けられた有害物質感知センサーと通信して、前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量を取得する浄化有害物質排出量取得モジュールをさらに含み、
前記エンジン出力因子調節モジュール側では、前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量が予め設定されていた浄化有害物質基準量を超えると判断された場合、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を再度下向き調節することで、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量をさらに低減させることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。 - 前記エンジン出力調節装置は、前記船体位置取得モジュールと通信して、前記船体の位置情報を読み出した後、読み出された前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECAを離れたか否かを判断するECA進出有無判断モジュールをさらに含み、
前記エンジン出力因子調節モジュール側では、前記船体が前記ECAを離れたと判断された場合、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を上向き調節することを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。 - 前記有害物質低減機器の予熱装置は、
前記有害物質低減機器に取り付けられた有害物質感知センサーと通信して、前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量を取得する浄化有害物質排出量取得モジュールと;
前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量が予め設定されていた浄化有害物質基準量を超えると判断された場合、前記有害物質低減機器と通信して、前記有害物質の浄化のための還元剤の量を増加させることで、前記浄化有害物質の量を低減させる有害物質付加浄化誘導モジュールと;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶。 - 前記熱供給ユニットは、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの流通経路を前記有害物質低減機器側に切り換えて、前記有害物質低減機器を加熱させることができる排ガス流通経路切換機であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶。
- 前記熱供給ユニットは、ヒーティングエアを前記有害物質低減機器側に供給して、前記有害物質低減機器を加熱させることができるヒーティングエア供給機であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶。
- 前記熱供給ユニットは、前記有害物質低減機器に連結されたヒーティングコイル側に電気を供給して、前記有害物質低減機器を加熱させることができるヒーティングコイル稼動機であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶。
- 請求項1に記載の船舶の制御方法であって、
前記船体の位置情報を取得するステップと;
前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECAまたはECA進入予備地点に位置しているか否かを判断するステップと;
前記船体が前記ECAまたはECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を下向き調節することで、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量を低減させるステップを含むことを特徴とする船舶の制御方法。 - 前記エンジン出力因子は、前記船体の船速、前記エンジンの毎分回転数(Revolutions Per Minute)、前記エンジンの燃料量、及び前記エンジンの有効圧力のうちのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の船舶の制御方法。
- 前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量を取得するステップと;
前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量が予め設定されていた浄化有害物質基準量を超えると判断された場合、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を再度下向き調節することで、前記エンジンから排出される排ガスの量をさらに低減させるステップと;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の船舶の制御方法。 - 前記船体の位置情報を予め格納されていた前記ECAの位置情報と比較して、前記船体が前記ECAを離れたか否かを判断するステップと;
前記船体が前記ECAを離れたと判断された場合、前記エンジンの出力に係るエンジン出力因子を上向き調節するステップと;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の船舶の制御方法。 - 前記船舶は、前記船体が前記ECAに近接したECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記有害物質低減機器を予備加熱する有害物質低減機器の予熱装置を含み,
前記船体が前記ECA進入予備地点に位置している場合、前記有害物質低減機器を予備加熱するステップと;を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の船舶の制御方法。 - 前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量を取得するステップと;
前記有害物質低減機器を通った排ガスに含まれていた浄化有害物質の量が予め設定されていた浄化有害物質基準量を超えると判断された場合、前記有害物質の浄化のための還元剤の量を増加させることで、前記浄化有害物質の量を低減させるステップと;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の船舶の制御方法。
