Claims (5)
- 回転子(100)の外周面において隣り合う永久磁石(300、300’)の間の部位に湾入した“V”字形の湾入溝(200)が形成され、
前記湾入溝(200)は、湾入した最内側の円弧状の端部(220)と、前記端部(220)に接続された一対の直線部と、を含み、
前記一対の直線部の延長線が交わる頂点と、前記一対の直線部とによって画定される前記湾入溝(200)の電気角が103〜107°であり、
前記湾入溝(200)は回転子(100)の外周面から回転子(100)の内側に向かって形成され、その深さ(H)は回転子(100)の外径の4.5〜4.7%であることを特徴とする、埋込型永久磁石同期電動機。 - 前記永久磁石(300)は回転子(100)の内部に一列に連続して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋込型永久磁石同期電動機。
- 前記永久磁石(300)は極対の数が8であり、N極とS極が総16個でなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の埋込型永久磁石同期電動機。
- 前記湾入溝(200)は、湾入した最内側の端部(220)が円弧状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋込型永久磁石同期電動機。
- 前記湾入溝(200)の最内側端部(220)は0.33〜1mmの半径を持つ円弧状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の埋込型永久磁石同期電動機。
