Abstract
Description
図1は、火力発電所や原子力発電所等に設けられる、蒸気タービン車室の一部を示した図である。この蒸気タービン車室の外殻部材10は、例えばCrMo鋳鋼などからなり、車室本体11と、車室本体11の内表面16に立設された柱状の翼環(以下、柱部12という)とを含んで構成されている。
Claims (7)
- 鋳鋼部材に発生した亀裂を除去した部分を溶接材料で肉盛溶接することにより前記鋳鋼部材を補修する方法であって、
前記肉盛溶接の前に、前記肉盛溶接により生じる前記鋳鋼部材の熱変形を防ぐ固定材を前記鋳鋼部材に取り付け、取り付けた前記固定材を加熱することにより、当該固定材を前記熱変形の向きと逆向きに変形させておく、鋳鋼部材の補修方法。 - 前記固定材は、オーステナイト系ステンレスの金属材料である、請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記固定材を加熱することにより、前記固定材を前記熱変形の変位量と略同一量変形させる、請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記固定材を加熱することにより、前記肉盛溶接により収縮する前記鋳鋼部材の収縮量と略同一量だけ、前記固定材を前記鋳鋼部材の収縮の方向と逆向きに膨張させておく、請求項3に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記熱変形をFEM解析に基づき推定する、請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記溶接材料は、ニッケルを重量比で70%以上含有する、請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記肉盛溶接は、前記溶接材料のリメルト処理を行うことを含む、請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
