Abstract
【解決手段】 部品(10)を溶接する方法は、部品の関心特徴形状の付近に位置する溶接領域(120)を選択する工程と;第1の溶接部(126、158)の凝固により、所望の位置から特徴形状の偏移が起こるように、溶接領域(120)の一部に溶接部(22)を塗布する工程と;材料が第1の溶接部(126、158)から外側へ押し出される程度まで、第1の溶接部(126、158)に塑性変形を与えるように、第1の溶接部(126、158)を冷間加工する工程とを含む。特徴形状の偏移は、少なくとも部分的に反転される。方法は、欠陥に一連の互いに離間する仮付け溶接部(126)を塗布し、冷間加工する工程と、次に、仮付け溶接部(126)の間に一連の溶接部を塗布し、冷間加工する工程とを含んでもよい。

Claims (10)
- 部品(100)を溶接する方法において、
前記部品の関心特徴形状の付近に位置する溶接領域(120)を選択する工程と;
第1の溶接部(126、158)の凝固により、所望の位置から前記特徴形状の偏移が起こるように、前記溶接領域(120)の一部に前記第1の溶接部(126、158)を塗布する工程と;
材料が前記第1の溶接部(126、158)から外側へ押し出され、前記偏移が少なくとも部分的に反転される程度まで、前記第1の溶接部(126、158)に塑性変形を与えるように、前記第1の溶接部(126、158)を冷間加工する工程と
を含む方法。 - 第2の溶接部(150、160)の凝固により、所望の位置から前記特徴形状の偏移が起こるように、前記損傷領域に前記第2の溶接部(150、160)を塗布する工程と;
材料が前記第2の溶接部(150、160)から外側へ押し出され、前記偏移が少なくとも部分的に反転される程度まで、前記第2の溶接部(150、160)に塑性変形を与えるように、前記第2の溶接部(150、160)を冷間加工する工程とを更に含む請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第2の溶接部(150、160)は、前記第1の溶接部(126、158)と前記溶接領域(120)の第1の端部(122、132)との間の前記溶接領域(120)に塗布される請求項2記載の方法。
- 複数の後続溶接部を塗布する工程と;
後続溶接部が塗布されるたびに、各溶接領域(120)を冷間加工する工程と;
選択された程度の溶接被覆が完了するまで、溶接部(22)を塗布する前記工程及び冷間加工する前記工程を繰り返す工程とを更に含む請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記溶接部の各々は、前記溶接領域(120)の中心に対して交互パターンを描くように塗布される請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記偏移を監視する工程と;
前記偏移がほぼ排除されるまで、前記第1の溶接部(126、158)の冷間加工を継続する工程とを更に含む請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記偏移を監視する工程と;
前記偏移がほぼ排除されるまで、前記第1の溶接部(126、158)を徐々に広く冷間加工する工程とを更に含む請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記特徴形状は、フランジ(118)である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記冷間加工が完了した後、前記部品(100)を熱処理する工程を更に含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記冷間加工が完了した後、前記特徴形状に金属溶射盛り上げ部を塗布する工程を更に含む請求項1記載の方法。
