前記止水板固定具は、図4に示すように、短尺の四角筒20を切断箇所C1、C2で縦に切断して分割し製作した断面逆L字型の部材と断面コの字型の部材との2種を1対としてなるもので、前記断面逆L字型の部材は上方の水平壁部の長さを縦の垂直壁部の長さより短くした不等辺山型部材2とし、断面コの字型の部材は上方の水平壁部の長さを下方の水平壁部の長さより短くした不等辺溝型部材1に形成されている。
そしてこの止水板固定具を用いて施工される図1に示すコンクリートの目地付き止水構造体は、以下に示す工程によって施工される。即ち、
a.まず基礎地盤10上に2個の前記不等辺溝型部材1を隙間を置いて面対称に立設し、前記基礎地盤10にその長辺側の水平壁部を長尺の止めねじ5によって前記基礎地盤10に固定した後、その隙間に不等辺溝型部材1の垂直壁部の高さに等しい高さの前記伸縮性の目地板2を挟装し、前記2個の前記不等辺溝型部材1の一方の垂直壁部から他方の垂直壁部に達するねじ6をねじ込んで固定する(第1工程)、
b.次に不等辺溝型部材1の上方の水平壁部の上面に止水板4を水平に載置する(第2工程)、
c.その後、前記止水板4の上に2個の不等辺山型部材2の水平壁部を、前記不等辺溝型部材1の上方の水平壁部と対応する位置に隙間を置いて面対称に配設した後、不等辺山型部材2の水平壁部と前記不等辺溝型部材1の上方の水平壁部とによって止水板4を挟んだ状態でねじ止めして固定し、さらに前記2個の不等辺山型部材2間の隙間に2段目の目地板3を挟装し、第1工程で行ったのと同様にして、一方の垂直壁部から他方垂直壁部に達するねじ6をねじ込んで固定して目地板3と止水板4との立体構造体を組み上る(第3工程)、
d.そして前記組み上げられた目地板3と止水板4との立体構造体の外周部にコンクリートモルタル(レディーミクストコンクリート)7を打設する(第4工程)、
とで、本発明のコンクリートの目地付き止水構造体が完成する。

また前記不等辺山型部材2と不等辺溝型部材1が防錆処理された金属製のものであることが、施工後のコンクリートのひび割れ等による浸水によっても腐食することなく、目地板2と止水板3との強固な結合が確保されるので好ましい。

第1工程として、基礎地盤(10)に2個の前記不等辺溝型部材(1)を隙間を置いて面対称に立設・固定し、前記隙間に伸縮性の目地板(3)を挟装し、
第2工程として、不等辺溝型部材(1)の上方の水平壁部の上面に止水板(4)を水平に載置し、
第3工程として、前記止水板(4)の上に2個の不等辺山型部材(2)の水平壁部を、前記不等辺溝型部材(1)の上方の水平壁部と対応する位置に隙間を置いて面対称に配設した後、不等辺山型部材(2)の水平壁部と前記不等辺溝型部材(1)の上方の水平壁部とによって止水板を挟んだ状態で固定し、前記2個の不等辺山型部材(2)間の隙間に2段目の目地板(3)を挟装・固定して目地板(3)と止水板(4)との立体構造体を組み上げ、
