Claims (31)
- 前記アニオン性薬剤またはカチオン性薬剤と静電気的に結合することができる基が、アニオン性基である、請求項1に記載の微粒子。
- 前記アニオン性薬剤またはカチオン性薬剤と静電気的に結合することができる基が、カルボキシル基である、請求項1または2に記載の微粒子。
- 前記nおよびn’が、2〜4の範囲の整数である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記AおよびA’の基が、前記ポリマーから求核攻撃を受けやすい基、または前記ポリマーと重合する基である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーから求核攻撃を受けやすい前記基が、−C(=O)LG基(ここで、LGは脱離基である)を含む、請求項5に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーと重合する前記基が、エチレン性不飽和基である、請求項5に記載の微粒子。
- 前記架橋剤が、ジスルフィドユニットに関して対称である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記架橋が、前記架橋剤と前記ポリマー上のエチレン性不飽和ペンダント基とを反応させることによって、前記ポリマーに組込まれる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 治療中に前記薬剤が放出されることを特徴とする、塞栓術による治療の方法において使用するための、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記塞栓術による治療方法において、前記微粒子が低酸素環境にさらされ、そのような環境において前記ジスルフィド架橋が切断され、前記薬物の放出を促進することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記塞栓術による治療方法が腫瘍の治療であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記薬剤が、抗腫瘍薬、抗血管形成薬、抗真菌薬、抗ウイルス薬、抗炎症薬、抗細菌薬、抗ヒスタミン薬、抗悪性腫瘍薬、酵素及び抗アレルギー薬から成る群から選択される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記薬剤が、アントラサイクリン又はカンプトテシン化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の微粒子。
- 前記微粒子が微小球であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーがアクリル系ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーがビニルアルコールポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 40〜300μmの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーがアニオン性であり、前記薬剤がカチオン性であり、前記薬剤が前記ポリマーと静電気的に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記架橋剤が、生理学的pHで二つのカチオン性又はアニオン性荷電基を含み、それらが前記ジスルフィド架橋の両側に対称に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記二つのカチオン性又はアニオン性荷電基が、前記薬剤と静電気的に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の微粒子。
- 前記ポリマーがPVAマクロマーから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 前記微粒子が生分解性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子。
- 請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子を含有する、低酸素環境での塞栓術において使用するための医薬組成物。
- 薬学的に許容される液体のビヒクルを更に含む、請求項27に記載の組成物。
- 前記薬学的に許容される液体のビヒクルが、生理食塩水及び/又は撮像装置による可視造影剤を含む、請求項28に記載の組成物。
- 前記薬剤が微粒子から放出されることを特徴とする、塞栓術による治療方法で使用するための、塞栓組成物の製造における、請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子の使用。
- 前記治療方法が腫瘍の治療方法であり、前記薬剤が低酸素環境において前記微粒子から放出されることを特徴とする、請求項30に記載の使用。
