Description
本発明の範囲内で、架橋とは、ポリマー材料の架橋ばかりでなく、ポリマー材料の硬化もまた意味する。
−ポリカプロラクトン、C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンとポリエチレンとの共重合体又は前述のポリマーの2以上の混合物からなる群からのポリマー、
−光開始剤
を含むポリマー材料で構成される。
ポリカプロラクトン(Capa)(Perstorp UK社製)又はポリオレフィンエラストマー(Dow社製)のいずれか、並びに光開始剤(ベンゾフェノン)(Ciba社製)、光クロスリンカー(TAC)及びカラーマスターバッチを含むポリマー材料のシングルシートをUV放射線に暴露させて架橋させることによって、下記の組成を有するポリマーシートを製造した。表1にポリマーシートの組成を示す。表1には、ポリカプロラクトン(Capa)、TAC及びベンゾフェノンを含む試料、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、TAC及びベンゾフェノンを含む試料並びにカラーマスターバッチを含む試料の組成を示す。

1以上の身体部位を所定の位置に固定するための非侵襲的固定要素として使用するためのポリマーシートを製造する方法であって、厚さ1.0〜5.0mmを有し、少なくとも部分的に、ポリカプロラクトン、C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンとポリエチレンとの共重合体又は前述のポリマーの2以上の混合物の群からのポリマー及び光開始剤を含むポリマー材料から作られたポリマーシートを、少なくともこのポリマーの部分架橋のためにUV放射線に暴露することによって少なくとも部分的に硬化させる、方法。

ポリマーシートが少なくとも第1及び第2ゾーンを含み、第1及び第2ゾーンが異なる架橋度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
[請求項3]
ポリマー材料が光クロスリンカーをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
[請求項4]
UV放射線に暴露する前に、シートが所望の形状に切断される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項5]
UV放射線に暴露する前に、シートが少なくとも部分的に穿孔される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項6]
ポリマーシートが縁部を有し、前記縁部が、UV放射線に暴露される前に穿孔されない、請求項5に記載の方法。
[請求項7]
波長100〜450nmを有するUV放射線、好ましくは波長280〜400nmを有するUV放射線によって架橋が行われる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項8]
UV放射線に暴露する前に、LED光源又は従来のUV光源から選択されるUV放射線源が使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項9]
C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンが、エチレンと1−ブテンとの共重合体、エチレンと1−オクテンとの共重合体、前述の共重合体の2以上の混合物の群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項10]
光開始剤が、ベンゾイン、ベンゾインエチルエーテルなどの置換ベンゾイン、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾフェノン誘導体、ミヒラーケトン アルファ−ヒドロキシケトン、ベンジルジメチルケタール、イソプロピルチオキサンタン、ジエトキシアセトフェノンなどのジアルコキシアセトフェノン、アセトフェノン、ベンジル及び他の誘導体並びに前述の化合物の2以上の混合物の群から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項11]
光クロスリンカーが、シアヌル酸トリアリル、イソシアヌル酸トリアリル、ペンタエリスリトールテトラメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、マレイン酸ジアリル、ジプロパルギルモノアリルシアヌレート及び他の誘導体並びに前記の化合物の2以上の混合物などの多官能性ビニル又はアリル化合物の群から選択される、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[請求項12]
1以上の身体部位を所定の位置に固定するための非侵襲的固定要素であって、固定される身体部位に形成され、身体部位の動きを妨害するように身体部分を封じ込める固定要素において、ポリカプロラクトン、C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンとポリエチレンとの共重合体又は前述のポリマーの2以上の混合物の群から選択される少なくとも部分的に架橋されたポリマー及び光開始剤を含むポリマー材料から少なくとも部分的に製造され、厚さ1.0〜5.0mmを有するポリマーシートを含む固定要素。
[請求項13]
ポリマーシートが少なくとも第1及び第2ゾーンを含み、第1及び第2ゾーンが異なる架橋度を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の固定要素。
[請求項14]
ポリマーシートが少なくとも第1及び第2ゾーンを含み、第1及び第2ゾーンが異なる穿孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の固定要素。
Claims (13)
- 1以上の身体部位を所定の位置に固定するための非侵襲的固定要素として使用するためのポリマーシートを製造する方法であって、ポリマーシートは厚さ1.0〜5.0mmを有し、ポリマーシートは少なくとも部分的にポリマー材料から作られ、ポリマー材料はポリマー、光開始剤、及び光クロスリンカーを含み、ポリマーはポリカプロラクトン、C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンとポリエチレンとの共重合体及びそれらの混合物の群から選択され、ポリマーシートを、このポリマーの部分架橋のためにUV放射線に暴露することによって部分的に硬化させる、方法であって、
C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンが、エチレンと1−ブテンとの共重合体、エチレンと1−オクテンとの共重合体、それらの混合物の群から選択される、
方法。 - ポリマーシートが少なくとも第1及び第2ゾーンを含み、第1及び第2ゾーンが異なる架橋度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- UV放射線に暴露する前に、シートが所望の形状に切断される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- UV放射線に暴露する前に、シートが少なくとも部分的に穿孔される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーシートが縁部を有し、前記縁部が、UV放射線に暴露される前に穿孔されない、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 波長100〜450nmを有するUV放射線によって架橋が行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 波長が280〜400nmである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- UV放射線に暴露する前に、LED光源及びHgランプ光源から選択されるUV放射線源が使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 光開始剤が、ベンゾイン、ベンゾインエチルエーテルなどの置換ベンゾイン、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾフェノン誘導体、ミヒラーケトン アルファ−ヒドロキシケトン、ベンジルジメチルケタール、イソプロピルチオキサンタン、ジエトキシアセトフェノンなどのジアルコキシアセトフェノン、アセトフェノン、ベンジル並びに前述の化合物の2以上の混合物の群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 光クロスリンカーが、シアヌル酸トリアリル、イソシアヌル酸トリアリル、ペンタエリスリトールテトラメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、マレイン酸ジアリル、ジプロパルギルモノアリルシアヌレート並びに前記の化合物の2以上の混合物などの多官能性ビニル又はアリル化合物の群から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1以上の身体部位を所定の位置に固定するための非侵襲的固定要素であって、固定される身体部位に形成され、身体部位の動きを妨害するように身体部分を封じ込める固定要素において、固定要素はポリマー材料から少なくとも部分的に製造され、ポリマー材料はポリマー、光開始剤、及び光クロスリンカーを含み、ポリマーは少なくとも部分的に架橋され、及びポリカプロラクトン、C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンとポリエチレンとの共重合体及びそれらの混合物の群から選択され、ポリマーシートは厚さ1.0〜5.0mmを有する、固定要素であって、
C原子3〜10個を有する少なくとも1つのα−オレフィンが、エチレンと1−ブテンとの共重合体、エチレンと1−オクテンとの共重合体、それらの混合物の群から選択される、
