Claims (3)
- ・基板と、
・前記基板上の電気めっき層系と、
・前記電気めっき層系の外側表面上に、物理的気相析出により塗布された色付けを行う被覆層とを有する自動車用のトリムパッドにおいて、
前記色付けを行う被覆層は、PVD層系の1部分であり、基板と被覆層との間に付着層を有し、付着層と被覆層との間に混合層を有し、前記付着層、前記混合層、および前記被覆層は、それぞれCr、Zr、Nおよび/またはCを含み、前記混合層は、(Zr a Cr b ) u X v に従って構築されていて、ここで、Xは、窒素と炭素と酸素とからなる群の1つまたは複数の元素であり、a+b≦1であり、uに対するvの割合は、Xが化学量論量以上にならないように選択され、前記混合層及び前記被覆層は、それぞれ複数の異なる層の層状部から構築され、前記混合層中のCrの割合は、その厚さの中央の点から前記被覆層にむかって間隔を増しながら100%にまで増加し、Xの割合は0%にまで減少して、前記混合層から前記被覆層への移行は、前記(Zr a Cr b ) u X v の化学量論的組成が不連続に変化して移行することを特徴とするトリムパッド。 - a+b=1であり、したがって、ZrおよびCrは、前記混合層中の唯一の金属元素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトリムパッド。
- 前記混合層は、濃度が変動するナノ層状部から構築されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトリムパッド。
