260℃に加熱されたバッチ式ニーダー(ブラベンダー社製、プラストグラフEC50型)に表1、2に示す組成比(質量部)で原料成分を投入し、60r/minの回転数で原料を溶融混練した。混練時間10分で、溶融状態の混練物を全量取り出し、室温で冷却して、組成物を得た。

ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(GPC)より、以下の装置、カラム及び溶媒を使用し、ポリスチレン換算から求める。
・装置:東ソー製、HLC-8120
・カラム:Inertsil WF300
・溶媒:テトラヒドロフラン
動的粘弾性測定装置(ティーエーインスツルメント(株)製のRSAIII)を使用し、−100〜280℃の温度範囲、5℃/分の昇温速度、周波数10Hzの条件で試験片を加熱した際に測定される、損失正接(Tanδ)のピーク温度をガラス転移温度(Tg)とする。また、試験片の溶融のために弾性率測定が不能になった温度を融点(Tm)とする。試験片としては、厚さ2mm、幅12.5mm、長さ30mmのものを使用する。
複数のブロック(ソフトセグメントとハードセグメント)を有するエラストマーでは、普通、複数の損失正接のピークが観測されるが、この場合低温側のピークがソフトセグメントに由来するものであり、高温側のピークがハードセグメントに由来するものである。
JIS K 6253に準拠して測定する。
JIS K 6253-3に準拠して測定する。
<A硬さ>
2mm厚のプレスシートを恒温恒湿室(温度23℃、相対湿度50%)に24時間以上静置し、シートの状態を安定させる。
2mm厚のプレスシートを3枚重ね、JIS K 6253-3の「デュロメータ硬さ試験法」に準じて測定する。
A硬さと同じく、JIS K 6253-3「デュロメータ硬さ試験法」に準じて測定する。
動的粘弾性測定装置(ティーエーインスツルメント(株)製のRSAIII)を使用し、25℃での貯蔵弾性率を測定する。試験片としては、2mm厚のプレスシートを、幅12.5mm×長さ30mmに打ち抜いて使用する。
試験片は2mm厚のプレスシートを、JIS K 6251に記載の3号ダンベル型に打ち抜いて使用する。引張試験機を用い、室温23℃で24時間以上置いた試験片を、引張速度500mm/minで引張り、試験片が破断したときの応力を引張強度として記録し、破断したときの伸び率から下記式により破断伸び率を算出する。
破断伸び率(%)=(L−L0)/L0×100
(L0は試験前の試験片長さ、Lは破断したときの試験片長さを示す)
<耐油浸漬試験>
JIS K 6258に規定の試験方法に準じる。試験片には、2mm厚のプレスシートを3号ダンベル型に打ち抜いたものを用いる。該試験片をIRM#903オイル(旧ASTM 3号オイル)に23℃、120℃又は150℃で168時間浸漬した後、下記式により質量変化率(%)を算出する。

2mm厚のプレスシートを用い、23℃の恒温室で24時間放置後、光線透過率及びHAZEを測定する。JIS K 7361(プラスチック 透明材料の全光線透過率の試験方法)に準じた方法により、光線透過率を、JIS K 7136(プラスチック 透明材料のヘーズの求め方)に準じた方法により、HAZEを測定する。装置には、(株)東洋精機製作所製のHAZE-GARDIIを使用する。
Claims (6)
- (メタ)アクリルエラストマー(成分A)、及び成分A 100質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部のカルボジイミド化合物(成分B)を含有してなる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- さらに、エステル交換触媒(成分C)を、成分Aと成分Bの合計量100質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部含有する、請求項1記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 融点が100〜350℃の結晶性熱可塑性樹脂(成分D)を、成分Aと成分Bの合計量100質量部に対して10〜400質量部含有する、請求項1又は2記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- カルボジイミド化合物が脂肪族ポリカルボジイミドである、請求項1〜3いずれか記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- さらに、ポリカーボネート樹脂(成分E)を、成分Aと成分Bの合計量100質量部に対して1〜200質量部含有する、請求項1〜4いずれか記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を加熱成形して得られる成形体。
