Claims (4)
- フィラメントと筒状の輪郭を有するグリッドとイオンコレクタとを備え、フィラメントに通電してこのフィラメントを点灯させて熱電子を放出させ、フィラメントより高い電位をグリッドに付与し、このグリッド周辺で熱電子と衝突して生じた気体原子、分子の正イオンをイオンコレクタで捕集し、このときのイオン電流から圧力を検出する熱陰極電離真空計であって、
イオンコレクタが板状部材を備え、板状部材が、グリッドの母線方向の延長上に所定間隔を存して当該グリッドの少なくとも一方の開口を覆うように配置されるものにおいて、
グリッドの周囲にフィラメントが配置され、グリッド及びフィラメントの周囲を囲うようにグランド電位のシールド部材が配置されることを特徴とする熱陰極電離真空計。 - 前記イオンコレクタは、グリッド内を挿通する支柱で支持され、イオンコレクタと支柱とをグランド電位としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱陰極電離真空計。
- 前記支柱に、当該支柱を絶縁し、その外表面が導電性を持つ筒体を外挿し、支柱の外表面の電位をフィラメント電位以上で、グリッド電位以下としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の熱陰極電離真空計。
- 前記イオンコレクタは、グリッド内を挿通する支柱で支持され、この支柱を絶縁物としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱陰極電離真空計。
