Description
Claims (14)
- 固体照明モジュールの主電源電圧に基づく調光を実施するシステムであって、
一次側回路に接続された一次側及び二次側回路に接続された二次側を有し、前記一次側回路が前記二次側回路から絶縁バリヤにより分離されたトランスと、
前記一次側回路から整流された主電源電圧を入力し、該整流された主電源電圧の振幅を示す主電源感知信号を発生し、該主電源感知信号を前記絶縁バリヤを介して伝送する主電源感知回路と、
前記主電源感知回路から前記絶縁バリヤを介して前記主電源感知信号を入力し、該主電源感知信号に応答して前記二次側回路に調光基準信号を出力するとともに、前記主電源感知信号に応答して電力制御信号を生成し、該電力制御信号を前記絶縁バリヤを介して前記一次側回路に出力する処理回路と、
を有し、
前記二次側回路に接続された前記固体照明モジュールにより出力される光が、前記処理回路により出力される前記調光基準信号に応答して調整され、
前記一次側回路の給電が、前記処理回路より出力される前記電力制御信号によりオン/オフ制御される、
システム。 - 前記処理回路を前記絶縁バリヤを介して前記主電源感知回路に結合する第1光絶縁器を更に有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調光基準信号を入力し、該調光基準信号を前記固体照明モジュールの駆動電流と比較し、且つ、該比較の結果に基づいて調光フィードバック信号を発生する出力電流制御部を前記二次側回路に更に有する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力電流制御部を前記一次側回路に結合して前記調光フィードバック信号の前記一次側回路への伝送を可能にする第2光絶縁器を更に有し、前記固体照明モジュールにより出力される光が該調光フィードバック信号に応答して調整される請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記固体照明モジュールが複数の発光ダイオード(LED)を有する請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記主電源感知信号がパルス幅変調(PWM)信号を有し、前記主電源感知回路が該PWM信号を前記第1光絶縁器を介して前記処理回路に伝送する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記主電源感知回路が前記PWM信号を発生するマイクロコントローラを有し、該マイクロコントローラが前記整流された主電源電圧を入力するアナログ/デジタル変換器(ADC)を有する請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記主電源感知回路が、
電圧整流器から前記整流された主電源電圧を入力し、分圧された主電源電圧を供給する抵抗分圧器と、
クロック信号を発生するクロック部と、
前記PWM信号を前記分圧された主電源電圧及び前記クロック信号に基づいて発生するパルス信号発生器であって、前記PWM信号の各パルスの幅が前記整流された主電源電圧の振幅により変調されるパルス信号発生器と、
を有する請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記クロック部が第1の555タイマを有し、前記パルス信号発生器が第2の555タイマを有する請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記固体照明モジュールにより出力される光の量が、前記整流された主電源電圧の振幅に正比例して変化する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 発光ダイオード(LED)モジュールの主電源信号に基づく調光を行う方法であって、
電源トランスの一次側に接続された一次側回路からの整流された主電源電圧の振幅を示す主電源感知信号を発生するステップと、
該主電源感知信号を前記電源トランスに対応する絶縁バリヤを介して伝送するステップと、
該伝送された主電源感知信号を前記絶縁バリヤを介して入力し、該伝送された主電源感知信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、電力制御信号を発生するとともに、前記電源トランスの二次側に接続された二次側回路において調光フィードバック信号を発生するステップと、
該調光フィードバック信号を、前記二次側回路から前記一次側回路へ前記絶縁バリヤを介して伝送するステップと、
前記一次側回路に伝送された前記調光フィードバック信号に基づいて、前記二次側回路により出力される前記LEDモジュールの駆動電流を調整するステップと、
前記電力制御信号を、前記一次側回路へ前記絶縁バリヤを介して伝送するステップと、
前記一次側回路に伝送された前記電力制御信号に基づいて、前記一次側回路の給電をオン/オフ制御するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記調光フィードバック信号を発生するステップが、
前記伝送された主電源感知信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、調光基準信号を発生するステップと、
該調光基準信号を前記二次側回路に供給するステップと、
前記調光基準信号を前記二次側回路における少なくとも1つの電気的条件と比較するステップと、
該比較の結果を示すために前記調光フィードバック信号を発生するステップと、
を有する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記LEDモジュールの駆動電流を調整するステップが、
前記トランスの前記一次側に入力される一次側電圧及び一次側電流の少なくとも一方を前記調光フィードバック信号に基づいて調整するステップであって、その結果として前記トランスの前記二次側の二次側電圧及び二次側電流の少なくとも一方に対する対応する調整が生じ、前記駆動電流が前記二次側電流に基づくものであるステップ、
を有する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記主電源感知信号がパルス幅変調(PWM)信号を有する請求項11に記載の方法。
