Description
Claims (4)
- 1つの量子化差分値を有する第1ブロックを決定する量子化差分値記録ブロック単位決定部と、
前記第1ブロックに割り当てられた量子化パラメータ値を利用して量子化を実行する量子化部と、
量子化パラメータ予測に使われる複数の第2ブロックを決定する量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部と、
前記第1ブロックの量子化パラメータと前記量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部により決定される量子化パラメータ予測値との差分値を表す前記量子化差分値を生成する量子化パラメータ差分値生成部と
を含み、
前記第1ブロックが4つのサブブロックに分割されるとき、前記量子化差分値は前記第1ブロックの第1サブブロックに対して符号化され、前記第1ブロックのその他のサブブロックに対しては符号化されず、
前記その他のサブブロックは前記第1サブブロックと同じ量子化パラメータ値を用い、
前記複数の第2ブロックは、前記第1ブロックの左側に隣接するブロック及び前記第1ブロックの上側に隣接するブロックを含むことを特徴とする映像符号化装置。 - 前記量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部は、前記左側に隣接するブロックとして前記第1ブロックの左側に隣接する複数のブロックのうち最も上のブロックを決定し、前記上側に隣接するブロックとして前記第1ブロックの上側に隣接する複数のブロックのうち最も左のブロックを決定する請求項1に記載の映像符号化装置。
- 1つの量子化差分値を有する第1ブロックを決定する量子化差分値記録ブロック単位決定部と、
逆量子化パラメータ予測に使われる複数の第2ブロックを決定する逆量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部と、
前記量子化差分値と前記逆量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部により決定される逆量子化パラメータ予測値とを利用して逆量子化パラメータ値を求める逆量子化パラメータ値導出部と、
前記求められた逆量子化パラメータ値を利用して逆量子化を実行する逆量子化部と
を含み、
前記第1ブロックが4つのサブブロックに分割されるとき、前記量子化差分値は前記第1ブロックの第1サブブロックに記録され、前記第1ブロックのその他のサブブロックには記録されず、
前記その他のサブブロックは前記第1サブブロックと同じ量子化パラメータ値を用い、
前記複数の第2ブロックは、前記第1ブロックの左側に隣接するブロック及び前記第1ブロックの上側に隣接するブロックを含むことを特徴とする映像復号化装置。 - 前記逆量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部は、前記左側に隣接するブロックとして前記第1ブロックの左側に隣接する複数のブロックのうち最も上のブロックを決定し、前記上側に隣接するブロックとして前記第1ブロックの上側に隣接する複数のブロックのうち最も左のブロックを決定する請求項3に記載の映像復号化装置。
