Claims (2)
- 映像を符号化する装置において、
CUブロック分割情報を利用して量子化差分値を記録するブロック単位を適応的に決定する量子化差分値記録ブロック単位決定部と、
決定された量子化パラメータ値を利用してブロック単位に量子化を実行する量子化部と、
ブロックの量子化パラメータ値を効果的に予測するために周辺CUで参照するCUのコンテキスト情報に基づいて参照ブロックを選択する量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部と、
参照ブロック又は参照ブロックで計算した量子化パラメータ予測値で現在ブロックの量子化パラメータ値を予測して差分値を生成する量子化パラメータ差分値生成部と、
生成された量子化パラメータ差分値と量子化差分値記録ブロック単位決定に対する情報を記録する量子化パラメータ記録部と、
を備えることを特徴とする映像符号化装置。 - 映像を復号化する装置において、
クアッドツリー分割に基づいて逆量子化パラメータ差分値を有しているブロックに対する情報を復号する逆量子化パラメータ差分値ブロック分割フラグ導出部と、
復号されたブロック分割フラグを利用してクアッドツリー分割を利用して逆量子化差分値を有しているブロックを決定する逆量子化差分値記録ブロック単位決定部と、
逆量子化パラメータ差分値を復号する逆量子化パラメータ差分値導出部と、
逆量子化パラメータ値を復号するために周辺のCUのコンテキスト情報に基づいて適応的に参照ブロックを決定する逆量子化パラメータ値予測ブロック決定部と、
参照ブロックの逆量子化パラメータ値と復号された逆量子化パラメータ差分値を利用して逆量子化パラメータ値を復号する逆量子化パラメータ値導出部と、
復号された逆量子化パラメータ値を利用してブロック単位に逆量子化を実行する逆量子化部を備えることを特徴とする映像復号化装置。
