Description
Claims (11)
- 身体組織の中にプロテーゼ(12)を移植する装置であって、
軸線(X−X)に沿った延長方向及び面積(A)の断面を有する通路(Z)をそれ自体の内部に形成する管状要素(7)であり、前記通路内において面積(T)の断面を有するプロテーゼ(12)が摺動できる、管状要素と、
前記プロテーゼ(12)を移動させるために前記通路(Z)内で移動可能な圧力要素(16)と、
前記通路(Z)と流通するチェンバ(C)を備えるカートリッジ(5)であり、軸線(H−H)に沿った好ましい延長方向及び面積(V)の断面を有し、前記プロテーゼ(12)を収容するように構成されかつ前記チェンバ(C)内で移動可能な着座部(31)を備える、カートリッジと、
前記着座部(31)に作用して、前記着座部(31)の前記断面の前記面積(V)が前記管状要素(7)の前記断面の前記面積(A)の外にあって前記着座部(31)が前記通路(Z)に対面しない第一位置から、前記着座部(31)の前記断面の前記面積(V)が少なくとも部分的に前記管状要素(7)の前記断面の前記面積(A)と交差して前記通路(Z)と前記着座部(31)との間の流通を誘導して、前記圧力要素(16)の命令により前記通路(Z)内への前記プロテーゼ(12)の挿入を容易にするのに適する第二位置への、前記チェンバ(C)内における前記着座部(31)の移動を容易にするように構成されたプッシャ要素(13)と、
閉鎖要素(15)であって、前記閉鎖要素が、前記管状要素(7)内に配置され、前記プッシャ要素(13)の作用を妨害するために前記チェンバ(C)の内部を少なくとも部分的に横切って、それにより前記着座部(31)を前記第一位置に維持し、前記圧力要素(16)が、前記通路(Z)及び前記チェンバー(C)から取り除かれるトリガー位置にある、閉鎖要素(15)とを備える、身体組織の中にプロテーゼ(12)を移植する装置。 - 前記着座部(31)内に収容された前記プロテーゼ(12)が、前記プッシャ要素(13)の作用を受けて、前記プロテーゼ(12)の前記断面の前記面積(T)が前記管状要素(7)の前記断面の前記面積(A)の外にある第一位置から、前記プロテーゼ(12)の前記断面の前記面積(T)が前記管状要素(7)の前記断面の前記面積(A)内に完全に含まれて、前記圧力要素(16)を介して前記通路(Z)内への前記プロテーゼ(12)の挿入を容易にする第二位置へ移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロテーゼが、軸線(Y−Y)に沿った延長方向を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記プロテーゼ(12)が、前記プッシャ要素(13)の作用を受けて、前記軸線(Y−Y)が前記通路(Z)の前記軸線(X−X)と整列しない前記第一位置から、前記軸線(Y−Y)が前記通路(Z)の前記軸線(X−X)と整列する前記第二位置へ移動可能である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力要素(16)が、前記トリガー位置にあるときに、第一移動手段(21)の作用を受けて、前記圧力要素(16)が前記チェンバ(C)及び前記管状要素(7)の前記通路(Z)を横切って、前記閉鎖要素(15)を前記管状要素(7)から外へ出す前進位置から、前記圧力要素(16)が前記チェンバ(C)から取り除かれて、前記着座部(31)が前記第二位置へ到達できるようにする後退位置へ、さらに前記圧力要素(16)が前記チェンバ(C)を横切って前記管状要素(7)内において前記プロテーゼ(12)を押圧する装填位置へ、移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一移動手段(21)が、前記圧力要素(16)を前記チェンバ(C)の外へ逆行移動させるようにプログラムされ、前記着座部(31)と前記通路(Z)との間の流通を生じさせると共に前記プッシャ要素(13)が前記着座部を前記第二位置へ押圧できるようにして、前記プロテーゼ(12)と前記通路(Z)との間の整列を容易にする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第一移動手段(21)が、前記管状要素(7)内において前記圧力要素(16)を前進させて、前記管状要素から前記閉鎖要素(15)を外へ出して、前記閉鎖要素を取り除くようにプログラムされる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プッシャ要素(13)が、前記第一位置から前記第二位置への前記着座部(31)の推力を生じるのに適する弾性手段(14)によって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性手段(14)が、前記通路(Z)の前記軸線(X−X)に入射する方向(S)に沿った前記着座部(31)の推力を引き起こす、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記閉鎖要素(15)が、前記管状要素(7)に挿入されたとき、前記弾性手段(14)によって前記着座部(31)に及ぼされる前記推力に抵抗して、前記着座部を前記第一位置に拘束するように構成される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記プッシャ要素(13)が、前記第一位置から前記第二位置への前記着座部(31)の推力を生じるのに適する弾性手段(14)によって形成され、
前記圧力要素(16)が、前記前進位置にあるとき、前記弾性手段(14)によって前記着座部(31)に及ぼされる推力に抵抗して前記着座部を前記第一位置に拘束するように構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
