Description
Claims (7)
- 身体組織の中にプロテーゼ(12)を移植する装置(1)であって、
開放端(18)を有する管状要素(7)であり、前記開放端を通過して前記プロテーゼ(12)が外に出ることができる、管状要素と、
前記プロテーゼ(12)の後端(20)に作用する圧力要素(16)と、
を備える、
前記装置(1)において、
前記管状要素(7)内において前記圧力要素(16)を前進させて、前記プロテーゼ(12)の前端(19)を前記開放端に近づけるようにされた第一移動手段(21)と、
前記プロテーゼ(12)の前記後端(20)が前記開放端(18)から外へ出るように、あらかじめ決められ算定された量だけ前記管状要素(7)を前記圧力要素(16)に対して逆行移動させるようにされた第二移動手段(25)と、
をさらに備え、
前記装置(1)は、前記第一移動手段(21)及び前記第二移動手段(25)の移動、ひいては前記圧力要素(16)及び前記管状要素(7)の移動を行うことができるように、前記第一移動手段(21)及び前記第二移動手段(25)を制御する制御装置(30)を備え、
前記第一移動手段(21)が、前記プロテーゼ(12)の前記前端(19)を前記開放端(18)からの設定距離(D)まで運ぶように、前記管状要素(7)内において経路に沿って前記圧力要素(16)を前進させるようにされ、
前記第二移動手段(25)が、前記プロテーゼの長手方向サイズ(DL)に前記設定距離(D)を足したものに等しい量だけ前記管状要素(7)を逆行移動させるようにされ、
前記第一移動手段(21)及び前記第二移動手段(25)が、前記装置(1)のアプリケータピストル(2)の中に収容され、
前記管状要素(7)が、前記アプリケータピストル(2)の前端部(6)と結合可能なカートリッジ(5)の中に含まれ、
前記カートリッジ(5)が、前記プロテーゼ(12)を収容する着座部(31)が設けられた支持体(8)を備え、
前記着座部(31)が、前記着座部(31)に受け入れられた前記プロテーゼ(12)の長手方向軸線が前記管状要素(7)の長手方向軸線に対して平行であるように、前記管状要素(7)と整列した通路に対面し、
さらに、前記通路が空のときに前記通路の中へ前記プロテーゼを押すプッシャ要素(13)を備え、
前記プッシャ要素(13)が前記プロテーゼ(12)を前記管状要素(7)の通路(Z)内に押圧する前に前記着座部(31)が前記管状要素(7)の通路(Z)から隔離される、装置(1)。 - 前記第一移動手段(21)が、前記プロテーゼ(12)の前記前端(19)を前記開放端(18)と同一平面上にするように、前記管状要素(7)内において経路に沿って前記圧力要素(16)を前進させるようにされ、
前記第二移動手段(25)が、その後前記プロテーゼ(12)の長手方向サイズ(DL)に等しい量だけ前記管状要素(7)を逆行移動させるようにされる、
請求項1に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記圧力要素(16)が当初は前記アプリケータピストル(2)の中に収容される、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記カートリッジ(5)が、前記アプリケータピストル(2)に前記カートリッジ(5)を取り付ける前に、前記着座部(31)内に前記プロテーゼ(12)を維持するために、前記通路内に取外し可能に位置決めされたロック要素(15)を備える、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記第一移動手段(21)及び前記第二移動手段(25)が、ウォームスクリュー(23、27)を各々駆動させるそれぞれのモータ(22、26)を備え、
前記第一移動手段(21)の前記ウォームスクリュー(23)が前記圧力要素(16)を支持するキャリッジ(24)と結合され、
前記第二移動手段(25)の前記ウォームスクリュー(27)が前記管状要素(7)を支持する摺動体(28)と結合される、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記圧力要素(16)が、前記身体組織を突き刺す尖端(17)を有する針のような形状を持つ、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記尖端(17)が閉鎖される、
請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
