Description
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、気液2相流体を用いた内視鏡管路内の洗浄性を向上させることができる構成を具備する内視鏡洗浄消毒装置、内視鏡の洗浄方法を提供することを目的とする。
また、本発明の他の態様による内視鏡洗浄消毒装置は、内視鏡を洗浄消毒する内視鏡洗浄消毒装置であって、前記内視鏡の管路に接続される内視鏡接続部と、一端が前記内視鏡接続部に接続されるとともに、洗浄液を供給する液体供給管路とも接続された送気管路と、前記送気管路に対して気体を送気するための第1送気部と、前記第1送気部から前記送気管路に対する気体の流動及び途絶を切り替える第1の弁と、前記送気管路に対して接続されて前記送気管路に対して気体を送気するための第2送気部に接続された接続管路と、前記接続管路から前記送気管路への気体の流動及び途絶を切り替える第2の弁と、前記第1送気部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすると同時に前記接続管路から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすることで前記液体供給管路から供給されて前記送気管路内に残留する洗浄液と気体とを混合し気液2相流体を発生させるように、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁の制御を同時に行うことが可能な制御部と、を具備する。
Claims (6)
- 内視鏡を洗浄消毒する内視鏡洗浄消毒装置であって、
前記内視鏡の管路に接続される内視鏡接続部と、
一端が前記内視鏡接続部に接続されるとともに、洗浄液を供給する液体供給管路とも接続された送気管路と、
前記送気管路の他端に配置され、前記送気管路を介して前記内視鏡の前記管路内に気体を送気する第1送気部に接続可能な第1送気部接続部と、
前記送気管路の中途位置に配置され、前記第1送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部への気体の流動および途絶を切り替える第1の弁と、
一端が前記送気管路に接続された接続管路と、
前記接続管路の他端に配置され、前記接続管路及び前記送気管路を介して前記内視鏡の前記管路内に気体を送気する第2送気部に接続される第2送気部接続部と、
前記接続管路の中途位置に配置され、前記第2送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部への気体の流動および途絶を切り替える第2の弁と、
前記第1送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすると同時に前記第2送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすることで前記液体供給管路から供給されて前記送気管路内に残留する洗浄液と気体とを混合し気液2相流体を発生させるように、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁を同時に駆動制御することが可能な制御部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。 - 前記第1送気部接続部に接続された第1送気部を含み、
前記第2送気部接続部は外部に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。 - 前記液体供給管路の他端に設けられた液体導入口と、
前記液体供給管路に設けられ、前記液体供給管路の前記液体導入口から導入された液体を、前記送気管路を介して前記内視鏡の前記管路内に送液する送液ポンプと、
を含み、
前記制御部は前記送液ポンプを駆動制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置を用いた内視鏡の洗浄方法であって、
前記制御部による動作制御は、
前記第2の弁により、前記第2送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部への気体の流動を途絶する第1のステップと、
少なくとも前記内視鏡の前記管路内に液体を充填する制御を行う第2のステップと、
前記第1の弁により、前記第1送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部への気体の流動を途絶させて前記第1送気部を駆動させる制御を行う第3のステップと、
前記第1送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすると同時に前記第2送気部接続部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすることで前記送気管路内に残留する洗浄液と気体とを混合し気液2相流体を発生させるように前記第1送気部の駆動後、前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を同時に駆動制御する第4のステップと、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡の洗浄方法。 - 前記第4のステップは、前記第1送気部の駆動後、前記第1送気部の送気圧が設定圧となる設定時間経過後に行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内視鏡の洗浄方法。
- 内視鏡を洗浄消毒する内視鏡洗浄消毒装置であって、
前記内視鏡の管路に接続される内視鏡接続部と、
一端が前記内視鏡接続部に接続されるとともに、洗浄液を供給する液体供給管路とも接続された送気管路と、
前記送気管路に対して気体を送気するための第1送気部と、
前記第1送気部から前記送気管路に対する気体の流動及び途絶を切り替える第1の弁と、
前記送気管路に対して接続されて前記送気管路に対して気体を送気するための第2送気部に接続された接続管路と、
前記接続管路から前記送気管路への気体の流動及び途絶を切り替える第2の弁と、
前記第1送気部から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすると同時に前記接続管路から前記内視鏡接続部にむけて気体を流通状態にすることで前記液体供給管路から供給されて前記送気管路内に残留する洗浄液と気体とを混合し気液2相流体を発生させるように、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁の制御を同時に行うことが可能な制御部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。
