Claims (1)
- 複数パスのリバース圧延により、鋼板長手方向に沿って板厚が均一な厚部と、板厚が均一で且つ前記厚部よりも板厚が薄い薄部と、前記厚部から薄部にかけて連続して板厚が減少するテーパ部とを有するテーパ鋼板の圧延方法であって、前パスでのテーパ部の圧延において、鋼板長さ方向に対して圧延荷重変動をとった場合に圧延長手方向でのロールギャップ変更開始点の位置ずれにより生じる圧延荷重の立ち上がりおよび圧上シリンダー位置の立ち上がり、または圧延荷重抜けおよび圧上シリンダー位置の抜けの実績から、圧上シリンダー位置の立ち上がり位置より高い立ち上がり部分の鋼板長さ方向の幅、または圧上シリンダー位置の抜け位置より低い抜け部分の鋼板長さ方向の幅をロールギャップ変更開始点の鋼板長手方向への位置ずれ長さ(ΔL)として算出し、次パスでの厚部または薄部の圧延予測長さに、位置ずれ長さ(ΔL)分を補正することを特徴とするテーパ鋼板の圧延方法。
