Claims (5)
- 電子部品素子に液剤を含浸して保持または乾燥させた電子部品本体を備える電子部品の製造方法であって、
タンクに貯留された液剤を、該タンクに繋がる配管の一端に設けられたノズルから断続的に吐出させる工程と、
前記ノズルから吐出された液剤を容器に注入し、該容器内に溜まった液剤に前記電子部品素子を浸漬することにより、前記電子部品素子に前記液剤を含浸する工程とを備え、
前記ノズルは、単一の液剤吐出口を有し、
前記液剤吐出口から吐出された液剤が前記容器に到着するまでの経路内の1点に光を連続的または周期的に照射し、前記液剤が前記経路内の前記1点を通過することによる前記光の反射または遮断を光センサーで検出し、該光センサーが前記光の反射または遮断を検出した時間の長さを積算することにより、前記容器に注入された液剤の量を計測する工程をさらに備える電子部品の製造方法。 - 電子部品素子に液剤を含浸して保持または乾燥させた電子部品本体を備える電子部品の製造方法であって、
タンクに貯留された液剤を、該タンクに繋がる配管の先端に設けられたノズルから吐出させる工程と、
前記ノズルから吐出された液剤を前記電子部品素子に注入することにより、前記電子部品素子に前記液剤を含浸する工程とを備え、
前記ノズルから吐出された液剤が前記電子部品素子に到着するまでの経路内の1点に光を連続的または周期的に照射し、前記液剤が前記経路内の前記1点を通過することによる前記光の反射または遮断を光センサーで検出し、該光センサーが前記光の反射または遮断を検出した時間の長さを積算することにより、前記電子部品素子に注入された液剤の量を計測する工程をさらに備える電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記配管または前記ノズルには、前記液剤中の気泡を前記液剤の吐出の途切れに変換する小径部が設けられ、
前記小径部を通過した液剤は、分流することなく前記液剤吐出口に導かれている請求項1または2記載の電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記電子部品素子は、誘電体皮膜を有する陽極箔と対向陰極箔とをセパレータを介して巻回したコンデンサ素子からなり、
前記液剤は、γブチロラクトン、スルホランまたはエチレングリコールを含む溶媒と、該溶媒中でイオン化する溶質とを含む溶液からなり、
前記配管または前記ノズルに設けられた小径部は、0.2mm2〜1.5mm2の液剤通過断面積を有する請求項3記載の電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記光センサーが前記光の反射または遮断を検出した時間の長さの積算を、前記光センサーが前記反射光を検出しているときにクロックパルスの数をカウントすることにより行う請求項1,2、3または4記載の電子部品の製造方法。
