インク濃縮物の媒剤は、S180(登録商標)(ステアリルステアリル酸アミド、ステアリルステアリル酸アミド、Crompton Corporationから入手可能、104.2グラム)およびPEI−1(その全体を本明細書に参考として援用する米国特許第7,973,186号の実施例1に記載されるようにポリエチレンイミン分散剤、28.8グラム)で構成され、これに、以下の式を有する本開示のカルボン酸化した改質銅フタロシアニン共力剤
インク濃縮物の媒剤は、S180(登録商標)(ステアリルステアリル酸アミド、Crompton Corporationから入手可能、104.2グラム)およびSolsperse(登録商標)13240(Lubrizol Corporationから入手可能なポリエチレンイミン分散剤、28.8グラム)で構成され、これに、共力剤Solsperse(登録商標)5000(誘導体化されたスルホン酸化銅フタロシアニン、Lubrizol Corporationから入手可能、3.0グラム)および顔料Hostaperm(登録商標)Blue B4G(Clariant Corporationから入手可能、24.0グラム)を加えた。
インク濃縮物の媒剤は、S180(登録商標)(ステアリルステアリル酸アミド、104.2グラム)およびPEI−1(その全体を本明細書に参考として援用する米国特許第7,973,186号の実施例1で調製されるようなポリエチレンイミン分散剤、28.8グラム)で構成され、これに、共力剤Solsperse(登録商標)5000(3.0グラム)およびClariant Corporationから入手可能な顔料Hostaperm(登録商標)Blue B4G(24.0グラム)を加えた。
Claims (16)
- 以下の式の、カルボン酸基を有する銅フタロシアニン共力剤。
A、B、CおよびD、A’、B’、C’およびD’、A’’、B’’、C’’およびD’’、ならびに、A’’’、B’’’、C’’’およびD’’’は、それぞれ独立して、水素、−COOHおよびR−COOHからなる群から選択され、ここで、Rは、(i)直鎖または分枝鎖、飽和または不飽和、環状または非環状、置換または非置換のアルキルであってもよく、アルキル基中に場合によりヘテロ原子が存在していてもよい、アルキル基、(ii)置換または非置換のアリールであってもよく、アリール基中に場合によりヘテロ原子が存在していてもよい、アリール基、(iii)置換または非置換のアリールアルキルであってもよく、アリールアルキルのアルキル部分は、直鎖または分枝鎖、飽和または不飽和、環状または非環状、置換または非置換であってもよく、場合により、アリールアルキルのアリール部分またはアルキル部分のいずれかにヘテロ原子が存在していてもよい、アリールアルキル基、または、(iv)置換または非置換のアルキルアリールであってもよく、アルキルアリールのアルキル部分が、直鎖または分枝鎖、飽和または不飽和、環状または非環状、置換または非置換であってもよく、場合により、アルキルアリール基のアルキル部分またはアリール部分のいずれかにヘテロ原子が存在していてもよい、アルキルアリール基である〕 - 以下の式

- 前記顔料が、シアン、グリーン、ブルー、ブラック、カーボンブラック、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:0、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:1、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:2、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:3、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:4、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:5、C.I.Pigment Blue 15:6、C.I.Pigment Green 7、C.I.Pigment Green 36、C.I.Pigment Black 7、銅フタロシアニンならびにこれらの混合物および組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の転相インク組成物。
- 前記顔料が、シアン顔料である、請求項6に記載の転相インク組成物。
- 前記分散剤が、以下の式
- 顔料、担体、分散剤(但し、前記分散剤はカルボン酸基を有する銅フタロシアニン化合物を含まない)、以下の式の、カルボン酸基を有する銅フタロシアニン共力剤を含む転相インク組成物をインクジェット印刷装置に組み込むことと、
前記インク組成物を溶融させることと、
溶融したインクの液滴を基材の上に画像のパターンになるように放出させることとを含む、方法。 - 前記銅フタロシアニン共力剤は、以下の式
を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 顔料と、担体と、分散剤(但し、前記分散剤はカルボン酸基を有する銅フタロシアニン化合物を含まない)と、以下の式の、カルボン酸基を有する銅フタロシアニン共力剤とを含む、転相インク組成物を含有する、インクジェットプリンターのスティックまたはペレット。
