Description
図3を参照して、動作時の発光建築部材1における空気の流れを説明する。
このように、空気のための有効流路の面積は、光のための有効な通路よりも大きくなる。これは、光が通気口を通過するという損失なしに、冷却の改善が達成され得ることを意味する。このように通気口を構成することで、吸音部材の光反射面の穴に当たる光の少なくとも一部が吸音部材を通過することが防止される一方、高温の空気が穴(貫通穴)を妨害されずに通過することができる。例えば、各穴は吸音部材10の両面の開口部(第1開口部30、第2開口部31)との間でズレ(offset)を示すことができる。

Claims (14)
- 複数の固体光源と、
前記複数の固体光源に対向するように配置される光反射面を備える、吸音部材と、
前記吸音部材と平行に配置される、光透過層と、を有しており、
前記吸音部材は、前記吸音部材の前記光反射面から当該光反射面とは反対の前記吸音部材の反対面へ該吸音部材を通る複数の穴を含んでおり、
前記吸音部材と平行な平面における前記穴の投影で、直接貫通視野領域が前記穴の最小の横断面よりも小さく、前記横断面は前記吸音部材と平行であり、
前記光透過層は、前記固体光源が光透過層と前記吸音部材との間に備えられるように、前記固体光源に対して前記吸音部材とは反対側に前記吸音部材と平行に配置される、
発光建築部材。 - 前記各穴は、前記直接貫通視野領域が前記穴の前記最小の横断面の半分より小さくなるように、実質的に構成されている、
請求項1記載の発光建築部材。 - 前記各穴の前記直接貫通視野領域が存在しないように、前記直接貫通視野領域はゼロに設定するよう、前記各穴は、実質的に構成されている、
請求項1記載の発光建築部材。 - 前記各穴において、前記吸音部材の前記光反射面における前記穴の第1開口部と、前記吸音部材の前記反対面における前記穴の第2開口部とは、前記吸音部材の法線に垂直な方向に、ずれている、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の発光建築部材。 - 前記吸音部材は、第1穴パターンを持つ第1層、第2穴パターンを持つ第2層、及び第3穴パターンを持つ第3層を有し、前記第2層は前記第1層と前記第3層との間に配置されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の発光建築部材。 - 前記第1穴パターンは、少なくとも穴パターンの穴の配置の点において、前記第2穴パターン及び前記第3穴パターンと実質的に同じである、

請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載の発光建築部材。 - 前記各固体光源は、前記吸音部材の法線に沿って、前記穴に対応するように位置合わせされる、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の発光建築部材。 - 天井に取り付けられる発光音響タイルであって、
前記請求項1から11のいずれか一項記載の発光建築部材と、
前記発光建築部材の光透過層が天井から離れた方を向くように、前記発光建築部材を天井に装着されることが可能にするための構造と、を有する、
発光音響タイル。 - 光反射面を有する吸音部材を提供するステップであって、前記吸音部材は、前記吸音部材の前記光反射面から当該光反射面とは反対の前記吸音部材の反対面へ該吸音部材を通る複数の穴を含んでおり、前記吸音部材と平行な平面における前記穴の投影で、直接貫通視野領域が前記穴の最小の横断面よりも小さく、前記横断面は前記吸音部材の法線に対して垂直である、ステップと、
複数の固体光源と光透過層とを提供するステップであって、前記光透過層は、前記固体光源が前記光透過層と前記吸音部材との間に備えられるように、前記固体光源に対して前記吸音部材とは反対側に前記吸音部材と平行に配置される、ステップとを有する、
発光建築部材の製造方法。 - 前記吸音部材を提供するステップは、
第1穴パターンを持つ第1シート、第2穴パターンを持つ第2シート及び第3穴パターンを持つ第3シートを提供するステップと、
前記吸音部材の前記法線と垂直な方向では、前記第1シートの前記第1穴パターンが前記第3シートの前記第3穴パターンからずれるように、そして、前記第2シートの第2穴パターンは、前記第1シートの前記第1穴パターン及び前記第3シートの前記第3穴パターンと相互に接続して、前記吸音部材に開放通路を形成するように、前記第1シート、前記第2シート、及び前記第3シートを積層するステップと、
前記第1シート及び前記第3シートを前記第2シートへ接合するステップと、を有する、
請求項13記載の発光建築部材の製造方法。
