Description
本特許出願は、2012年4月16日に出願された、「INTERACTING WITH A DEVICE USING GESTURES」という名称の米国仮特許出願第61/625,076号の利益と、2013年3月13日に出願された、「INTERACTING WITH A DEVICE USING GESTURES」という名称の米国非仮特許出願第13/799,839号の利益とを主張するものであり、どちらの出願もすべての目的のためにその全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれている。
とするが、図6に示す2つのオプション間の判定を必要としない情報メッセージに適している可能性がある。たとえば、図に示すように、そのような方式は、ユーザが、携帯電話、タブレット、またはテレビなどのコンピュータシステムをロック解除したいかどうかを判定するためにデバイス200によって利用され得る。

Claims (12)
- デバイスについてのポーズ検出の方法であって、
ポーズ要求を示す第1の画像をユーザに提示するステップと、
前記第1の画像に応答したユーザポーズの最初の存在を検出するステップと、
前記ユーザポーズを検出し続けながら、所定の検出状態を達成するまでの進行度を前記ユーザに指示するステップであって、前記進行度を前記ユーザに指示することは、前記第1の画像上に第2の画像をオーバーレイすることを含む、ステップと、
前記ユーザに進行度を指示した後、前記所定の検出状態を達成したと判定するステップと、
前記所定の検出状態を達成したと判定するステップに基づいて前記ユーザポーズに応答するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記判定するステップは、複数の画像を取得および分析するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記応答するステップは、確認応答を受容するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検出するステップは、前記ユーザの手のポーズを検出するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の検出状態は、所定の時間期間の間に検出されてきた前記ユーザポーズを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の検出状態は、特定の信頼レベルに達する前記ユーザポーズの検出を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記指示するステップは、前記進行度を指示する複数の領域を含む円形指示バーを表示するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記指示するステップは、前記ユーザポーズのアニメーション化された画像を表示するステップであって、前記ユーザポーズの前記表示された画像の一部分が前記進行度を指示するために選択的にアニメーション化される、ステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記指示するステップは、前記所定の検出状態を達成するまでのパーセンテージを表示するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記指示するステップは、前記所定の検出状態を達成したと判定されるまで、または前記ユーザポーズがもはや検出されなくなるまで、前記進行度の連続的指示を前記ユーザに提供するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポーズ検出の装置であって、
ポーズ要求を示す第1の画像をユーザに提示するための手段と、
前記第1の画像に応答したユーザポーズの最初の存在を検出するための手段と、
前記ユーザポーズを検出し続けながら、所定の検出状態を達成するまでの進行度を前記ユーザに指示するための手段であって、前記進行度を前記ユーザに指示することは、前記第1の画像上に第2の画像をオーバーレイすることを含む、手段と、
進行度が前記ユーザに指示された後、前記所定の検出状態を達成したと判定するための手段と、
前記所定の検出状態を達成したと判定するステップに基づいて前記ユーザポーズに応答するための手段と
を含む、装置。 - プロセッサに、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるように構成されたプロセッサ可読命令を含む、非一時的プロセッサ可読記録媒体。
