Description
−摩擦本体の第1の面でのみ開通する少なくとも1つの溝を備えた摩擦本体を形成するステップと、
−摩擦本体の第1の面を支持体に貼り合わせることによって、摩擦本体を支持体に固定するステップと、
−上記の溝が摩擦本体の第2の面に開通するまで、第1の面の反対側にある摩擦本体の第2の面を加工するステップとを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- クラッチの摩擦ライニング(4)の製造方法であって、
−摩擦本体(6)の第1の面(7)でのみ開通する少なくとも1つの溝(10)を備えた摩擦本体(6)を製造するステップと、
−前記摩擦本体(6)の第1の面(7)を支持体(5)に貼り合わせることによって、前記摩擦本体(6)を支持体(5)に固定するステップと、
−前記溝(10)が摩擦本体(6)の第2の面(8)に開通するまで、前記第1の面(7)の反対側にある摩擦本体(6)の第2の面(8)を加工するステップと、
を含み、
前記摩擦本体(6)の成形は、少なくとも部分的にバインダを重合するように、熱間成形で実施され、前記摩擦本体(6)の成形後、前記支持体(5)が摩擦本体(6)の第1の面(7)に貼り付けられ、次いで、前記バインダが完全に重合して前記摩擦本体(6)が支持体(5)に接着されるまで、前記支持体が前記摩擦本体(6)に対して熱間プレスされるものであり、
前記摩擦本体(6)が、貼り合わせにより前記支持体(5)に固定されるものであり、
前記摩擦本体(6)が、フェノール樹脂を主成分とする接着剤を用いて支持体(5)に貼り合わされるものである、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記摩擦本体が、環状の支持体(5)に固定された、環状の摩擦本体(6)の形状で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦本体(6)が、第1の型穴を含む固定部分(11)と、第2の型穴を含む可動ピストン(12)とを有する金型内で加圧成形により製造され、前記型穴の少なくとも一方が、成形時に溝(10)を形成可能な突出部分(13)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦本体(6)が、少なくとも1つの繊維材料と、少なくとも1つのバインダと、少なくとも1つのフィラーとを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦本体(6)が固定される前記支持体(5)の面が、ショットピーニングまたは化学的腐食により調製され、および/または、連結成分を塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦本体(6)の第2の面(8)は、前記溝(10)が前記摩擦本体(6)の第2の面(8)に開通するまで、研削(17)により加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦本体(6)の第2の面(8)の加工後、前記溝(10)に場合によっては存在する粒子が、たとえば吸引によって取り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(5)に取り付けるための摩擦本体を含み、前記摩擦本体が、少なくとも1つの溝(10)を含み、この溝は、溝底部に材料がなく、かつ溝底部と溝壁とに加工の痕跡を持たない、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる、摩擦ライニング(4)。
