Description

(20) カテーテルの構築方法であって、
管を提供することと、
複数の支持部材を提供することであって、それぞれの支持部材が複数のルーメンを有し、それぞれの支持部材が第1の材料で構築される、ことと、
複数の灌注式リング電極を提供することと、
それぞれの支持部材の第1のルーメンを通じて前記管を挿入することによって、前記管の既定の場所に複数の支持部材を取付けることであって、前記管上に取付けられる、隣接する支持部材が、既定の間隔で分離される、ことと、
それぞれの支持部材上に、対応するリング電極を取付けることと、
隣接する支持部材間の前記既定の間隔を、前記第1の材料より低い剛性の第2の材料で満たすことによって、偏向可能な部材を形成することと、
を含む、方法。
Claims (21)
- 位置センサーを担持するように適応されたカテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位の遠位区間であって、長手方向軸及び複合式構成体を有し、
前記長手方向軸に沿って延在する灌注管と、
前記長手方向軸の第1のセグメントに沿って延在し、前記灌注管を取り囲むように前記灌注管上に取付けられた少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材と、
対応するリング電極を担持する、前記長手方向軸の第2のセグメントに沿って延在する少なくとも1つの支持部材であって、前記少なくとも1つの支持部材は、前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材とは別個のものであって前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材よりも剛性であり、前記少なくとも1つの支持部材は、前記灌注管を取り囲むように前記灌注管上に取付けられている、少なくとも1つの支持部材と、
先端部電極と、
を備える、遠位区間と、
を備え、
前記灌注管は、灌注液をそれぞれ対応する前記リング電極及び前記先端部電極に送達するために、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材及び前記少なくとも1つの支持部材を貫通する遠位灌注液路を画定する、カテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも1つの支持部材が、前記支持部材の外面の周囲に巻かれるコイルセンサーもまた担持する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、前記支持部材の外面に形成された溝に巻かれる、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、前記支持部材の外面に形成された溝に設置される、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、リング電極と前記支持部材との間に位置する、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記リング電極が、前記支持部材の外面と前記リング電極の内面との間に空隙リザーバを形成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持部材が、前記遠位灌注液路と前記空隙リザーバとの間に灌注通路を含む、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持部材が、リード線ルーメン、プーラーワイヤルーメン及びセンサーケーブルルーメンからなる群から少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材が、リード線ルーメン、プーラーワイヤルーメン及びセンサーケーブルルーメンからなる群から少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記先端部電極が、
チャンバを画定し、流体ポートを有する、シェルと、
先端の位置センサーを担持し、前記チャンバに入る流体を拡散するために拡散体を有する、内部部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - アブレーションカテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位の遠位区間であって、
該遠位区間に沿って順に交互に配列された少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材及び少なくとも1つの支持部材であって、それぞれの支持部材がリング電極とコイルセンサーとを前記支持部材の外面上に担持している、少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材及び少なくとも1つの支持部材と、
先端部電極と、
を備える、遠位区間と、
を備え、前記少なくとも1つの支持部材は、前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材とは別個のものであって前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材よりも剛性である、アブレーションカテーテル。 - 前記遠位区間が、灌注液をそれぞれ対応する前記リング電極及び前記先端部電極に送達するために、前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材と前記少なくとも1つの支持部材とを貫通して軸方向に延在する遠位灌注液路とともに構成される、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位区間が、前記遠位灌注液路を画定する遠位灌注管を更に備える、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、前記支持部材の前記外面に巻かれる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、前記支持部材の前記外面に形成された溝に巻かれる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記コイルセンサーが、リング電極と前記支持部材との間に位置付けられる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記リング電極が、前記支持部材の前記外面と前記リング電極の内面との間に空隙リザーバを形成するように構成される、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持部材が、前記遠位灌注液路と前記空隙リザーバとの間に灌注通路を含む、請求項17に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持部材が、リード線ルーメン、プーラーワイヤルーメン及びセンサーケーブルルーメンからなる群から少なくとも1つを有し、前記少なくとも1つの偏向可能な部材が、リード線ルーメン、プーラーワイヤルーメン及びセンサーケーブルルーメンからなる群から少なくとも1つを有する、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- カテーテルの構築方法であって、
管を提供することと、
複数の支持部材を提供することであって、それぞれの支持部材が複数のルーメンを有し、それぞれの支持部材が第1の材料で構築される、ことと、
複数の灌注式リング電極を提供することと、
それぞれの支持部材の第1のルーメンを通じて前記管を挿入することによって、前記管の既定の場所に複数の支持部材を取付けることであって、前記管上に取付けられる、隣接する支持部材が、既定の間隔で分離される、ことと、
それぞれの支持部材上に、対応するリング電極を取付けることと、
隣接する支持部材間の前記既定の間隔を、前記第1の材料より低い剛性の第2の材料で満たすことによって、偏向可能な部材を形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - それぞれの偏向可能な部材が、前記支持部材の前記ルーメンと軸方向に整列した複数のルーメンとともに形成される、請求項20に記載の方法。
