Claims (3)
- 処理水に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射水処理装置において、筒状の処理槽の内部に、複数本の筒状の仕切り部材を配置し、各仕切り部材の外側又は内側のいずれか一方の流路を流入部に連通する往路側流路に、いずれか他方の流路を流出部に連通する復路側流路に区画形成するとともに、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか一方を、前記紫外線LEDからの紫外線が照射される紫外線照射流路とし、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか他方を、前記紫外線LEDを冷却するための冷却流路とし、各仕切り部材の紫外線照射流路側に紫外線を照射する発光部を向け、各仕切り部材の冷却流路側に電源部を向けて前記紫外線LEDを配置したことを特徴とする紫外線照射水処理装置。
- 処理水に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射水処理装置において、筒状の処理槽の内部を、2枚の板状の仕切り部材によって3分割し、前記処理槽と前記仕切り部材との間又は前記仕切り部材同士の間のいずれか一方の流路を流入部に連通する往路側流路に、いずれか他方の流路を流出部に連通する復路側流路に区画形成するとともに、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか一方を、前記紫外線LEDの紫外線が照射される紫外線照射流路とし、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか他方を、前記紫外線LEDを冷却するための冷却流路とし、各仕切り部材の紫外線照射流路側に紫外線を照射する発光部を向け、各仕切り部材の冷却流路側に電源部を向けて前記紫外線LEDを配置したことを特徴とする紫外線照射水処理装置。
- 処理水に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射水処理装置において、筒状の処理槽の内部に、8枚の板状の仕切り部材を放射状に配置し、前記処理槽の内部を周方向に8流路に分割形成し、周方向に隣接する流路のいずれか一方の流路を流入部に連通する往路側流路に、いずれか他方の流路を流出部に連通する復路側流路に区画形成するとともに、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか一方を、前記紫外線LEDからの紫外線が照射される紫外線照射流路とし、前記往路側流路と前記復路側流路とのいずれか他方を、前記紫外線LEDを冷却するための冷却流路とし、一つおきの仕切り部材の紫外線照射流路側に紫外線を照射する発光部を向け、前記一つおきの仕切り部材の冷却流路側に電源部を向けて前記紫外線LEDを配置したことを特徴とする紫外線照射水処理装置。
