Description
(1)鋼の連続鋳造に用いられるタンディッシュ内に残存する溶鋼を溶融鉄容器に排出し、前記溶融鉄容器に収容されている鋼を400℃以上の状態として製鉄所の鉄源に利用することを特徴とする溶鋼の利用方法。
(2)前記溶融鉄容器に収容されている鋼を固体の状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。
(3)前記溶融鉄容器に収容されている鋼を溶融した状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。
(4)前記タンディッシュ内に残存する前記溶鋼を溶融鉄容器に排出した後で、前記溶鋼を転炉に装入する前に、鋼を収容している溶融鉄容器に高炉から溶銑を受銑し、該溶銑とともに前記鋼を溶融した状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする上記(3)に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。
(5)前記タンディッシュ内に残存する前記溶鋼を溶融鉄容器に排出する前に、該溶融鉄容器に高炉から溶銑を受銑し、該溶銑とともに前記鋼を溶融した状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする上記(3)に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。

Claims (3)
- 鋼の連続鋳造に用いられるタンディッシュ内に残存する溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を溶融鉄容器に排出し、
前記溶融鉄容器に収容されている溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を400℃以上の溶融した状態で転炉に装入して製鉄所の鉄源に利用することを特徴とする溶鋼の利用方法。 - 前記タンディッシュ内に残存する前記溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を溶融鉄容器に排出した後で、前記溶鋼を転炉に装入する前に、溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を収容している溶融鉄容器に高炉から溶銑を受銑し、
該溶銑とともに前記溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を溶融した状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。 - 前記タンディッシュ内に残存する前記溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を前記溶融鉄容器に排出する前に、該溶融鉄容器に高炉から溶銑を受銑し、
該溶銑とともに前記溶鋼滓を含む溶鋼を溶融した状態で転炉に装入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶鋼の利用方法。
