Claims (11)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられた回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転させるための駆動部と、
前記回転軸を中心に回転するように前記回転軸に装着され、上端から下端に行くほど直径が小さくなる回転コーンと、
前記回転コーンと離隔されるように前記ハウジング内に配置され、上端から下端に行くほど直径が小さくなる定置型コーンと、を含み、
前記定置型コーンが、少なくとも2つ以上の第1単位体を備え、
前記第1単位体が、前記回転軸の円周方向に沿って前記定置型コーンがn(nは2以上の自然数)個に分割された形状であり、
前記定置型コーンが、前記回転軸の円周方向に沿って少なくとも2つ以上の第1単位体が連結されて形成されており、
前記定置型コーンは、
上端から下端に行くほど直径が小さくなる管状の本体部と、
所定の直径を有するように前記本体部から下部に延長された延長部と、を含み、
前記本体部または前記延長部を接触支持するためにハウジングに挿入され、中央に開口部を有するリング状のシーリング部材をさらに含み、
前記シーリング部材の直径が、前記定置型コーンの最大直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする気液分離装置。 - 各第1単位体は、前記ハウジングの内壁に着脱可能に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気液分離装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内壁から前記回転軸に向けて突出され、第1単位体を支持するための支持部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気液分離装置。
- 第1単位体には、前記支持部に向けて延長された突起が形成され、
前記支持部には、前記突起が挿入されるための結束孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の気液分離装置。 - 前記結束孔は、前記支持部を貫通するように形成され、
前記突起は、前記第1単位体が前記支持部に安着された状態で、前記結束孔の外部に突出されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気液分離装置。 - 隣接する2つの第1単位体は、互いに対して分離可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気液分離装置。
- 前記定置型コーンは、隣接する2つの第1単位体の側端部の少なくとも一部領域が重畳されるように連結されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の気液分離装置。
- 隣接する2つの前記第1単位体のうち、1つの前記第1単位体の側端部には第1段差が設けられ、他の1つの前記第1単位体の側端部には前記第1段差と反対方向に形成された第2段差が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の気液分離装置。
- 前記第1段差には第1突出部が形成され、
前記第2段差には前記第1突出部が挿入されるように陥没した第1溝部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の気液分離装置。 - 前記シーリング部材は、前記回転軸の円周方向に沿って少なくとも2つの第2単位体が連結されて形成され、
前記第2単位体が、前記回転軸の円周方向に沿って前記シーリング部材がn(nは2以上の自然数)個に分割された形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気液分離装置。 - 隣接する2つの前記第2単位体はヒンジ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の気液分離装置。
