Claims (17)
- 燃焼室から噴霧乾燥アブソーバを通り、噴霧乾燥アブソーバの下流のバグハウスへと走行するガス流路を有する燃焼システムの非定常状態作動状態中に生成された燃焼排出を低減するための方法であって、
燃焼室の下流でかつバグハウスの上流の注入地点でガス流路内の同伴ガス中に乾式水酸化カルシウム粉末を混合するステップと、
噴霧乾燥アブソーバ内の同伴ガス中に水を噴霧して同伴ガスを加湿すると共に、同伴ガスの温度を下げるステップと、
バグハウス内の水酸化カルシウム粉末を堆積させ、燃焼排出を低減する濾過ケーキを形成するステップとを含み、
前記噴霧乾燥アブソーバに入る同伴ガスは、220°F(104.4℃)未満の温度を有し、
前記注入地点は、選択触媒還元(SCR)システムの下流で空気予熱器の上流にあり、前記選択触媒還元システムは、前記燃焼室と前記空気予熱器との間に位置付けられ、前記空気予熱器は、前記選択触媒還元システムと前記噴霧乾燥アブソーバとの間に位置付けられる方法。 - 前記注入地点と噴霧乾燥アブソーバとの間において同伴ガスに液体を全く加えない請求項1の方法。
- 前記同伴ガス中に噴霧された水は、リサイクルシステムにおいて水とバグハウスから集めた固体の混合物からもたらされる請求項1の方法。
- 前記空気予熱器と噴霧乾燥アブソーバとの間に粒子収集機器を更に備える請求項1の方法。

噴霧乾燥アブソーバの下流のバグハウスに煙道ガスを通すステップにして、水酸化カルシウム粉末がバグハウス内に堆積し、煙道ガスにおける汚染物質を捕獲する濾過ケーキを形成する該ステップとを含み、
前記噴霧乾燥アブソーバに入る煙道ガスは、220°F(104.4℃)未満の温度を有し、
前記注入地点は、選択触媒還元(SCR)システムの下流で空気予熱器の上流にあり、前記選択触媒還元システムは、前記燃焼室と前記空気予熱器との間に位置付けられ、前記空気予熱器は、前記選択触媒還元システムと前記噴霧乾燥アブソーバとの間に位置付けられる方法。 - 前記注入地点と噴霧乾燥アブソーバとの間において煙道ガスに液体を全く加えない請求項13の方法。
