Claims (12)
- アクセスポイントの通信方法であって、
端末が送信機会(TXOP:Transmission Opportunity)区間の間にパワーセービングモードで動作するかどうかを示す情報を含むアソシエーション要求フレーム(association request frame)を前記端末から受信するステップと、
前記アクセスポイントが前記アソシエーション要求フレームに応答して前記パワーセービングモードをサポートするか否かを示す情報を前記端末に送信するステップと、を有することを特徴とするアクセスポイントの通信方法。 - 前記パワーセービングモードは、前記送信機会区間の間に前記端末の動作状態が変更可能なモードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセスポイントの通信方法。
- 前記端末に、VHT−SIG(very high throughput signal)フィールド及びMAC(Media Access Control)ヘッダを含むデータフレームを送信するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセスポイントの通信方法。
- 前記VHT−SIGフィールドは、グループIDを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクセスポイントの通信方法。
- 前記VHT−SIGフィールドは、前記端末を対象としたストリーム数の情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクセスポイントの通信方法。
- 前記MACヘッダは、前記端末に送信される追加的なストリームの有無情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクセスポイントの通信方法。
- 送信機会(TXOP)区間の間に端末がパワーセービングモードで動作するか否かを示す情報を含むアソシエーション要求フレームを前記端末から受信する受信機と、
前記アソシエーション要求フレームに応答して、前記パワーセービングモードをサポートするか否かを示す情報を前記端末に送信する送信機と、を有することを特徴とするアクセスポイント。 - 前記パワーセービングモードは、前記送信機会区間の間に前記端末の動作状態が変更可能なモードであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクセスポイント。
- 前記送信機は、前記端末にVHT−SIG(very high throughout signal)フィールド及びMAC(Media Access Control)ヘッダを含むデータフレームを送信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクセスポイント。
- 前記VHT−SIGフィールドは、グループIDを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアクセスポイント。
- 前記VHT−SIGフィールドは、前記端末を対象としたストリーム数の情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアクセスポイント。
- 前記MACヘッダは、前記端末に送信される追加的なストリームの有無情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアクセスポイント。
