Description
The present invention relates to a connector holder that can hold a wire fixedly.
It is known to support a connector on a vehicle body by providing a connector holder for holding a connector provided at one end of the electric wire and supporting the connector holder on the vehicle body.
In some cases, when a wire having a linear shape such as an electric wire is wired / piped to the vehicle body, the middle is guided or held via a support device attached to the vehicle body frame.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes a support device for guiding an intermediate portion of a wire, and this wire support device projects a central portion of a plate-like member that is long in the left-right direction (vehicle width direction) upward. The upper part of the part that extends in the left and right direction is bent upward, and the left and right parts are opened upwards, and the wires are stored and supported in this storage part. By pressing the fuel tank from above the device, the support device is fixed to the vehicle body frame, and at the same time, the wire is held in the storage portion.
Further, as a means for holding a plurality of wires together on the vehicle body, for example, an approximately U-shaped fitting portion opened downward and an approximately U-shaped stopper portion opened upward are integrated. Some have an S-shaped stopper, the fitting portion is fitted and fixed to the vehicle body, and a plurality of wires are supported together on the stopping portion.
If a support device or a stopper for holding the wire to the vehicle body side is used as in the above prior art, the support device and the stop must be formed as a separate dedicated member, resulting in a large number of parts. As a result, the number of mounting steps on the vehicle body side also increases.
In addition, the support device has a large capacity so that the storage portion loosely accommodates a plurality of wires, so the wires can move at least in the left-right direction and are not fixed securely, so the wires can be guided, It was difficult to fix.
Moreover, although the said fastener can fix a some wire if a stop part is bent etc., since it has to adjust this bending degree appropriately, it took time and effort to fix accurately.
On the other hand, a connector holder may be provided near the wire wiring portion. Thus, the inventors have conceived that if the connector holder can be used to hold the wire, the dedicated wire holding member can be omitted and the wire can be easily fixed.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a connector holder that can easily hold a wire and a connector without increasing the number of parts by holding the wire using the connector holder.

A load receiving portion (52) is configured to connect between the pair of left and right main frames (22) on the upper surface of the connector holder (44) in a rear view.
The invention described in claim 6 is the above-mentioned claim 5,
The notch (72a, 72b) is formed in a part of the load receiving portion (52),
Of the load receiving portion (52), the portion (52a) facing the notch (72a, 72b) is formed up to the connector holding hole (74, 75) along the notch (72a, 72b). It is characterized by.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the wire is inserted into the wire holding hole through the notch and the connector holding hole and then the connector is fixed to the connector holding hole, the wire is easily fixed in the wire holding hole. For this reason, a wire can be hold | maintained using a connector holder and the exclusive member for fixing a wire can be reduced. Also, the wire can be easily fixed.
In addition, since the wire can be opened simply by removing the connector, the number of processes during maintenance can be reduced.
Moreover, by arranging the connector holding hole between the left and right main frames, the wiring can be accommodated between the left and right main frames, and an increase in the vehicle width direction can be avoided.
Furthermore, the connector holder can be positioned and supported on the main frame by providing the connector holder with a positioning support portion that overlaps the upper surface of the main frame.
According to the invention of claim 2, since the lock portion of the connector is accommodated in the notch portion communicating with the connector holding hole, the lock portion of the connector can be accommodated using the notch portion for allowing the wire to pass therethrough. It is not necessary to form a hole for storing the lock portion on the connector holder side, and this can be reduced.
According to the invention of
Furthermore, by holding the connector holder between the first wall portion and the second wall portion, the movement of the connector in the connector holding hole insertion direction can be restricted.
Thereby, since the connector is firmly fixed to the connector holder, the wire can be firmly fixed by the connector. For this reason, both the wire and the connector can be firmly fixed by the connector holder.
According to the invention of
According to the invention of claim 5, by arranging the connector holding hole between the left and right main frames, the wiring can be accommodated between the left and right main frames, and an increase in the vehicle width direction can be avoided.
In addition, when an external force exceeding a certain level is applied to the connector holder from above, the load receiving part is configured to connect the left and right main frames, and the connector holder is highly rigid. It is possible to prevent an excessively large force from being applied to the connector or the wire.
According to the invention of claim 6, since the load receiving portion is formed along the notch portion, the notch portion can be reinforced by the load receiving portion and can also be used as a guide for inserting the wire. In addition, when the connector is not held in the connector holding hole, it also functions as a return structure that prevents the wire from suddenly coming out of the notch.

Next, the
Connector holding holes 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 are formed in the
Of these, the
The width of the
The upper portion of the
On both sides of the
In addition, the

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the

The wire B61, the wire C62, and the wire D63 are respectively moved from the upper side to the
Next, the
The connector A54 inserts the main body portion of the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the connector A54 includes the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the connector A54 fixed to the holder
Similarly, the connector B55 is firmly fixed to the holder
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the connector B55 fixed to the holder
In this case, there is no need to provide a special dedicated member for holding the wire, and the
In addition, each wire A60, wire B61, wire C62, and wire D63 can be easily fixed only by attaching the connector A54 and the connector B55.
For this reason, a wire can be hold | maintained using a connector holder and the exclusive member for fixing a wire can be reduced. Also, the wire can be easily fixed.
In addition, since the wires A60, B61, C62 and D63 can be opened and removed from the
The substantially S-shaped stopper of the prior art is similar to the present embodiment in that the wire is fixed. However, when two wires are bundled and fixed in this prior art, for example, both of them are equal. It is necessary to have a gripping force and a structure to be held in the body. On the other hand, the connector A54 and the connector B55 are originally fixed to the
In addition, since the
Moreover, since the
3 and 7, since the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when an external force F exceeding a certain level is applied to the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
