Claims (4)
- 外部冷却流路を有する低温溶融炉であって、
複数の並べて配置した金属セクターを有する壁体であって、前記金属セクターの各々は、上端部と下端部と、それらの間を直線状に延びる冷却流路を有する、壁体と、
前記壁体の外部に、各金属セクターに対応して配置される第1延長チューブであって、前記冷却流路の前記上端部から外側に向けて延びる第1連結部と、前記第1連結部から前記冷却流路の下端部の方向に前記冷却流路に平行に延びる第1平行部分と、前記第1平行部分の端部に位置する入口部とを含む、第1延長チューブと
前記各金属セクターに対応して設けられる第2延長チューブであって、前記冷却流路の下端部から外側に向けて延びる第2連結部と、前記冷却流路に平行で前記第2連結部の端部から対応する冷却流路の上端部と反対の方向に向けて延びる第2平行部分と、前記第2平行部分の端部に位置する出口部を含む、第2延長チューブと、
を有する低温溶融炉。 - 前記金属セクターは板状の支持部に支持され、前記支持部は前記金属セクターの数と同数であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低温溶融炉。
- 前記第1延長チューブ及び前記第2延長チューブは前記金属セクターの数と同数であり、一つの金属セクター冷却流路にだけ連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低温溶融炉。
- 外部冷却流路を有する低温溶融炉の壁体を構成する金属セクターモジュールにおいて、
上端部と下端部と、それら間を直線状に延びる冷却流路とを有する金属セクターと、
前記冷却流路の前記上端部から外側に向けて延びる第1連結部と、前記第1連結部から前記冷却流路の下端部の方向に前記冷却流路に平行に延びる第1平行部分と、前記第1平行部分の端部に位置する入口部とを含む、第1延長チューブと
前記冷却流路の下端部から外側に向けて延びる第2連結部と、前記冷却流路に平行で前記第2連結部の端部から前記冷却流路の上端部と反対の方向に向けて延びる第2平行部分と、前記第2平行部分の端部に位置する出口部を含む、第2延長チューブと、
を有する金属セクターモジュール。
