Claims (4)
- 摺動層を製作し、
前記摺動層の表面に成膜法によりバックメタル層を形成する、
ことを特徴とする複層型摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記成膜法は、コールドスプレー法、又は、溶射法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複層型摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記バックメタル層の材質は、ステンレス鋼、銅合金、チタン合金,ベリリウム銅、アルミニウム合金、マグネシウム合金、炭素鋼、又は、炭素合金鋼の中の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複層型摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記摺動層は、金属粉を含んで焼成された焼結材の層、もしくは、焼結以外のすべり軸受用合金からなる層であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複層型摺動部材の製造方法。
