Claims (19)
- ヒト心臓用の補助循環装置であって、
流路を画定する内表面と、血管内に配置されるようにサイズ決定される外表面とを有する円筒状ステント壁を有するステントと、
前記ステント内に配置可能な固定子であって、前記固定子に接続され、かつ、前記ステント内に前記固定子を位置付けるように前記ステント壁の前記内表面に対して配置可能な複数の支柱を有する、固定子と、
前記ステント壁の前記内表面に対向し、かつ前記流路に対して角度を成す少なくとも1つの羽根によって一部画定される外表面を含み、前記ステントの前記内表面と前記固定子との間で前記固定子に回転可能に装着される、回転子であって、
前記回転子および前記固定子のうちの一方は界磁石を備え、前記回転子および前記固定子のうちの他方は巻線を備える、回転子と、
前記巻線と動作可能に連結された電源、および
前記回転子の回転速度を変化させるために、前記電源を選択的に制御するように前記電源と動作可能に連結されたコントローラと、を備える、補助循環装置。 - 前記回転子は、前記界磁石を備え、前記固定子は前記巻線を備え、前記巻線は、前記電源と動作可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 固定子は、上流端部および下流端部を有し、前記複数の支柱は、前記下流端部から垂下し、前記ステントに接続される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子を前記固定子に回転可能に装着するために、前記固定子と前記回転子との間に配置された少なくとも第1および第2のベアリングをさらに備え、前記第1のベアリングは、前記回転子および前記固定子の上流端部に配置され、前記第2のベアリングは、前記回転子および前記固定子の下流端部に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のベアリングは、機械的な旋回軸であり、前記第2のベアリングは、磁気ベアリングであり、かつ第1および第2の磁石を備え、前記第1の磁石は、前記回転子に取り付けられ、前記第2の磁石は、前記固定子に取り付けられ、前記第1および第2の磁石は、極性が合わせられている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のベアリングは、流体力学的な旋回軸であり、前記第2のベアリングは、磁気ベアリングであり、かつ第1および第2の磁石を備え、前記第1の磁石は、前記回転子に取り付けられ、前記第2の磁石は、前記固定子に取り付けられ、前記第1および第2の磁石は、極性が合わせられている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のベアリングは、各々、第1および第2の磁石を備える磁気ベアリングであり、前記第1の磁石は、前記回転子に取り付けられ、前記第2の磁石は、前記固定子に取り付けられ、前記第1および第2の磁石は、極性が合わせられている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記固定子は、第1の端部に機械的ベアリング、ならびに第2の端部に磁気ベアリングおよび前記複数の支柱を有する、細長い本体を有し、前記回転子は、密閉空間を画定する細長い中空の本体を有し、前記回転子の前記第1の端部の前記機械的ベアリング、および前記回転子の前記第2の端部の前記磁気ベアリングを介して、前記回転子が前記固定子に接続された状態で、前記固定子の前記細長い本体が配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの羽根は、前記回転子の前記外表面に対して折り畳み可能であり、
前記補助循環装置は、イントロデューサージャケットを備え、前記羽根は、前記イントロデューサージャケットが前記回転子の周りに配置された状態で前記回転子に対して折り畳まれ、前記羽根は、前記イントロデューサージャケットが前記回転子の周りに配置されていない状態で前記回転子の前記外表面から拡張される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記円筒状ステント壁は、金属メッシュチューブを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電源を操作して拍動流を提供するようにプログラムされる、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラと動作可能に連結された心臓センサをさらに備え、前記コントローラは、前記心臓センサを使用して自然の拍動を測定し、前記自然の拍動に応じて前記回転子の前記回転速度を制御するようにプログラムされる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記回転子の前記回転速度を基準速度とより速い速度との間で制御するようにプログラムされる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステント、前記固定子、および前記回転子のうちの1つ以上が、抗凝固剤で被覆される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステント、前記回転子、および固定子は、大動脈および肺動脈のうちの1つに適合するようにサイズ決定される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステント、前記回転子、および固定子は、弁上である選択された位置で前記大動脈および前記肺動脈のうちの1つに適合するようにサイズ決定される、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記電源および前記コントローラは、皮下に配置されるように構成される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、経皮充電のために構成される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、経皮的プログラミングのために構成される、請求項17に記載の装置。
