Description
本出願は、先の出願日の仮出願第61/618,432号(2012年3月30日出願)の利益を主張する。
Claims (23)
- 携帯型パーソナルリスニング音声装置であって、
音声信号を受信するための入力を有する受話スピーカと、
前記装置の外部の背景音響ノイズを拾うための参照マイクロフォンと、
前記受話スピーカから発せられる音声を拾うためのエラーマイクロフォンと、
プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタを有するアクティブノイズキャンセル(ANC)回路であって、前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタの入力は前記参照マイクロフォンと結合され、前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタの出力は適応デジタルフィルタと直列でありかつ当該適応デジタルフィルタの前にあり、前記適応デジタルフィルタは、前記受話スピーカの入力にノイズ防止信号を提供して、前記装置のユーザに聞こえる前記背景音響ノイズを制御するために、a)前記音声信号、b)前記参照マイクロフォン、及びc)前記エラーマイクロフォンからの入力に基づいて、適応フィルタコントローラにより調節される、アクティブノイズキャンセル(ANC)回路と、を備え、
前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタは、最小位相であり、かつ低音声周波数帯域において、高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも少なくとも2dB以上15dB以下だけ、大きな利得をもたらすように構成されている、携帯型パーソナルリスニング音声装置。 - 前記参照マイクロフォン及び前記エラーマイクロフォンと共に、受信機として前記受話スピーカが内部に設置されている携帯電話ハンドセットハウジングを更に備える、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記受話スピーカが内部で、前記エラーマイクロフォン及び前記参照マイクロフォンと一体化されているイヤホンハウジングを更に備える、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタは、約10Hz〜100Hzの前記低音声周波数帯域において、約300Hz〜5kHzの前記高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも、大きな利得をもたらす、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 10Hz〜5kHzにおける前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタの位相応答は、90°未満の位相変化を呈する、請求項4に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 10Hz〜5kHzにおける前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタの位相応答は、45°未満の位相変化を呈する、請求項4に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタが、第2の一次フィルタと直列の、第1の一次フィルタを含み、各一次フィルタが、最小位相シェルビングフィルタとして構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタが、第2の一次フィルタと直列の第1の一次フィルタを含み、前記第1の一次フィルタが、前記低音声周波数音声帯域において、前記高音声周波音声帯域におけるよりも、少なくとも2dB大きな利得を呈し、前記第2の一次フィルタは、前記高音声周波数帯域において、前記低音声周波数帯域におけるよりも大きな利得を呈する、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタが、0.5未満のQを有するローパスフィルタである、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記低音声周波数帯域が約10Hz〜100Hzであり、前記高音声周波数帯域が約300Hz〜5kHzである、請求項8に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記適応デジタルフィルタが、1〜fs/f0タップを有する適応可能なFIRフィルタであり、fsは前記適応デジタルフィルタへの入力信号のサンプリング周波数であり、f0は、ANC制御のための最低使用周波数である、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタが、IIRフィルタである、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングデジタルフィルタが、直列に接続された第1及び第2のプログラミング可能な双二次を含み、前記第1及び第2のプログラミング可能な双二次はそれぞれ第1及び第2の一次フィルタに構成された、請求項1に記載の携帯型音声装置。
- 受話スピーカを有する携帯型パーソナルリスニング音声装置におけるアクティブノイズキャンセル(ANC)の方法であって、
最小位相であり、かつ低音声周波数帯域において、高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも、少なくとも2dB以上15dB以下の利得を呈する、伝達関数に従ってデジタル参照信号をプレシェーピングすることと、
前記プレシェーピングしたデジタル参照信号に応答して、ANCシステムの一次パスモデリング適応フィルタを使用して、ノイズ防止信号を生成することと、
前記プレシェーピングしたデジタル参照信号のフィルタリングされたバージョンに応答して、前記一次パスモデリング適応フィルタを適応させることであって、前記フィルタリングされたバージョンは、前記ANCシステムの二次パスモデリング適応フィルタによって生成される、こととを含む、方法。 - 前記伝達関数は、約10Hz〜100Hzの前記低音声周波数帯域において、約300Hz〜5kHzの前記高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも、大きな利得をもたらす、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記伝達関数は、90°未満の位相変化を呈する位相応答を10Hz〜5kHzにおいて有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記位相応答は、10Hz〜5kHzにおいて、45°未満の位相変化を呈する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記低音声周波数帯域は約10Hz〜100Hzであり、前記高音声周波数帯域は約300Hz〜5kHzである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 携帯型パーソナルリスニング音声装置であって、
ノイズ防止信号に従ってノイズ防止音声を生成する手段と、
デジタル参照信号として、背景音響ノイズを拾う手段と、
前記デジタル参照信号をプレシェーピングする手段と、
前記プレシェーピングしたデジタル参照信号を使用して、前記ノイズ防止信号を生成するデジタル適応フィルタ手段と、を備え、
前記プレシェーピングする手段は、a)前記ノイズ防止音声を生成する手段の、低音声周波数帯域における、高音声周波数帯域よりも小さい利得、及びb)前記デジタル適応フィルタの、前記低音声周波数帯域における、前記高音声周波数帯域と比較した不正確性を補償する、音声装置。 - 前記プレシェーピングする手段は、約10Hz〜100Hzの前記低音声周波数帯域において、約300Hz〜5kHzの前記高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも、大きな利得を呈する伝達関数を有する、請求項19に記載の音声装置。
- 前記伝達関数は、90°未満の位相変化を呈する位相応答を10Hz〜5kHzにおいて有する、請求項20に記載の音声装置。
- 前記低音声周波数帯域が約10Hz〜100Hzであり、前記高音声周波数帯域が約300Hz〜5kHzである、請求項19に記載の音声装置。
- 前記プレシェーピングする手段は、前記低音声周波数帯域において、前記高音声周波数帯域におけるよりも、少なくとも2dB以上10dB以下の利得の増加をもたらす、ローシェルフフィルタである、請求項19に記載の音声装置。
