Claims (3)
- 被検体内に存在する被写体に対する白色光の照射に応じて発生する前記白色光の反射光を用いた観察と、前記被検体内に投与された第1の蛍光色素に対する第1の励起光の照射に応じて発生する第1の蛍光を用いた観察と、前記被検体内に投与された第2の蛍光色素に対する第2の励起光の照射に応じて発生する第2の蛍光を用いた観察と、を行うことが可能な内視鏡装置であって、
前記被検体内に挿入可能な挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端部に設けられ、前記白色光の反射光と、前記第1の蛍光と、前記第2の蛍光と、前記第1の励起光の照射に応じて発生する前記第1の励起光の反射光と、前記第2の励起光の照射に応じて発生する前記第2の励起光の反射光と、が戻り光として入射されるように構成された対物光学系と、
前記挿入部において前記対物光学系よりも基端側に設けられ、複数のレンズを有し、前記対物光学系により得られた前記戻り光を伝送する伝送光学系と、
前記挿入部に対して着脱可能に構成され、前記伝送光学系を経た前記戻り光が入射する複数の撮像素子を備えたカメラユニットと、
前記カメラユニットに設けられ、前記伝送光学系を経て出射される前記戻り光を前記白色光の波長帯域と前記白色光の波長帯域とは異なる波長帯域の光とに分光して出射するように構成された分光器と、
前記伝送光学系の前記複数のレンズの間に配置され、または、前記カメラユニット内であって前記分光器の前記戻り光の入射側の所定の位置に配置され、前記白色光の反射光、前記第1の蛍光及び前記第2の蛍光を透過させつつ、前記第1の励起光の反射光及び前記第2の励起光の反射光を遮断するような光学特性を具備して形成された光学フィルタと、
前記複数の撮像素子に含まれ、前記光学フィルタ及び前記分光器を経て出射される前記白色光の反射光を撮像するための第1の撮像素子と、
前記複数の撮像素子に含まれ、前記光学フィルタ及び前記分光器を経て出射される前記第1の蛍光と前記第2の蛍光とを撮像するための第2の撮像素子と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記分光器は、前記白色光の波長帯域とは異なる波長帯域の光をさらに前記第1の蛍光の波長帯域の光と前記第2の蛍光の波長帯域の光とに分光してそれぞれ出射するように構成されており、
前記第2の撮像素子は、前記第1の蛍光の波長帯域の光を受光する撮像素子と、前記第2の蛍光の波長帯域の光を受光する撮像素子と、からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 被検体内に存在する被写体を照明するための白色光と、前記被検体内に投与された第1の蛍光色素を励起させて第1の蛍光を発生させるための第1の励起光と、前記被検体内に投与された第2の蛍光色素を励起させて第2の蛍光を発生させるための第2の励起光と、を供給可能な光源装置と、
前記被検体内に挿入可能な挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端部に設けられ、前記被写体に対する前記白色光の照射に応じて発生する前記白色光の反射光と、前記第1の蛍光と、前記第2の蛍光と、前記第1の励起光の照射に応じて発生する前記第1の励起光の反射光と、前記第2の励起光の照射に応じて発生する前記第2の励起光の反射光と、が戻り光として入射されるように構成された対物光学系と、
前記挿入部において前記対物光学系よりも基端側に設けられ、複数のレンズを有し、前記対物光学系により得られた前記戻り光を伝送する伝送光学系と、
前記挿入部に対して着脱可能に構成され、前記伝送光学系を経た前記戻り光が入射する複数の撮像素子を備えたカメラユニットと、
前記カメラユニットに設けられ、前記伝送光学系を経て出射される前記戻り光を前記白色光の波長帯域と前記白色光の波長帯域とは異なる波長帯域の光とに分光して出射するように構成された分光器と、
前記伝送光学系の前記複数のレンズの間に配置され、または、前記カメラユニット内であって前記分光器の前記戻り光の入射側の所定の位置に配置され、前記白色光の反射光、前記第1の蛍光及び前記第2の蛍光を透過させつつ、前記第1の励起光の反射光及び前記第2の励起光の反射光を遮断するような光学特性を具備して形成された光学フィルタと、
前記複数の撮像素子に含まれ、前記光学フィルタ及び前記分光器を経て出射される前記白色光の反射光を撮像するための第1の撮像素子と、
前記複数の撮像素子に含まれ、前記光学フィルタ及び前記分光器を経て出射される前記第1の蛍光と前記第2の蛍光とを撮像するための第2の撮像素子と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡システム。
