Description
また、上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る採ガスシステムは、圧縮機と、該圧縮機の動力である電源装置と、該電源装置から前記圧縮機へと電力を供給する電源ケーブルを備え、前記圧縮機は、地下のガス溜から地上へガスを導くガス井内部に設置されることを特徴とする。
圧縮機で圧縮された羽根車下流のガスは圧力が上昇するとともに、断熱圧縮により羽根車上流のガスよりも高温となる。この高温高圧のガスの一部をバイパス流路により羽根車上流側へと導き、熱交換部により羽根車上流のガスと熱交換させる。熱交換部では、高温の圧縮後のガスから、より低温の圧縮前のガスへと放熱される。その結果、バイパス流路で分流した圧縮後のガスの温度は低下する。

Claims (2)
- 電動機と、
該電動機の回転に伴って回転する羽根車と、
該羽根車の下流に形成される主流路及び該主流路から分岐するバイパス流路と、
該羽根車の上流に配置され、該羽根車によって圧縮される前の気体であって該羽根車の上流側にある気体と前記バイパス流路内の気体とが熱交換する熱交換部と、
前記バイパス流路に対して前記熱交換部よりも下流に配置されると共に、前記電動機内と連通する流路内に位置する減圧装置と、
前記バイパス流路内に濾過装置とを備え、
前記濾過装置は前記バイパス流路内の前記熱交換部の下流に配置されることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機であって、前記濾過装置は前記減圧装置を兼ねることを特徴とする圧縮機。
