Claims (6)
- プリント回路基板(19)を備える、電気器具(10)の制御モジュール(13)であって、
電気電子コンポーネント(26)および少なくとも1つのパワートランジスタ(18)がプリント回路基板(19)に実装され、
前記少なくとも1つのパワートランジスタ(18)は、前記プリント回路基板(19)の第1の領域(20)に固定され、前記第1の領域(20)の第1の導電性トラック(22)に接続されたドレインと呼ばれる第1の端子(D)と、前記プリント回路基板(19)の第2の領域(21)の第2の導電性トラック(23)に接続されたソースと呼ばれる第2の端子(S)と、ゲートと呼ばれる第3の端子(G)とを備え、
前記プリント回路基板(19)は、前記プリント回路基板(19)の前記第1および第2の領域(20、21)の間に少なくとも部分的に材料の不連続性を形成する少なくとも1つの開口(27)を備え、
前記開口(27)は、前記第1および第2の導電性トラック(22、23)の間に位置する、ことを特徴とする制御モジュール(13)。 - 前記パワートランジスタ(18)は、前記第1のトラック(22)と電気接触状態にある前記ドレイン(D)を形成する底プレートと、前記第2のトラック(23)に電気的に接続された前記ソース(S)を形成するピン(29)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール(13)。
- 前記開口は、前記プリント回路基板(19)の前記第1の領域(20)を少なくとも部分的に囲むスリット(27)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制御モジュール(13)。
- 前記スリット(27)は、略U字状またはL字状であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の制御モジュール(13)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御モジュール(13)を備える、暖房装置(10)、特に、自動車用の暖房装置(10)。
- バッテリ(17)の第1の端子に電気的に接続された第1の端子と、第1の電気接続部材(28)を介して前記パワートランジスタ(18)の前記ドレイン(D)に電気的に接続された第2の端子とを備える少なくとも1つの加熱モジュール(12)を備え、
前記バッテリ(17)の第2の端子は、第2の電気接続部材(30)を介して、前記パワートランジスタ(18)の前記ソース(S)に電気的に接続され、
前記加熱モジュール(12)の前記第1の端子は、第3の電気接続部材(32)を介して前記バッテリ(17)の前記第1の端子に電気的に接続され、
前記3つの接続部材(28、30、32)は、電気絶縁取付具(33)を介して互いに機械的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の暖房装置。
