Description
The present invention relates to a POP label and a labeled container including the label.
There is known a label (POP label) that is attached to a product container in a state in which a part of the label protrudes from an end of an adherend (for example,
FIG. 11 shows a labeled container in which a
In the case of the
Further, the
The POP label according to the present invention includes a display unit on which a display such as a design is formed on at least one side of a label base, a base in which an adhesive region is formed on one side of the label base, the display unit, and the base A neck portion formed by cutting the label base material from both sides in the lateral direction, and the adhesive region is lateral to a first region of the base portion adjacent to the neck portion in the longitudinal direction. Oite the second region positioned on opposite end side, it said in the longitudinal direction is formed at a position not beyond the lower end of the neck portion, wherein the entire area of the first region, the non-adhering region is formed, each second Each region is provided with a non-adhesive region having a predetermined length in the lateral direction from the boundary with the first region .
According to the above configuration, the adhesive region formed on the base is formed in the second region located on both lateral sides of the first region adjacent to the neck in the longitudinal direction, and the first region is at least vertically from the neck. Since the non-adhesive region is formed in a predetermined range that continues in the direction, even if the display part collapses and the neck bends, it becomes difficult to crease, and good rising characteristics (i.e. The display part that has been displayed rises again).
The adhesive region is formed by partially providing an adhesive layer on the label base material, and the non-adhesive region is formed by not providing the adhesive layer on the label base material, Preferably, stepped portions are formed on both lateral sides of the non-bonded region of the first region due to a difference in thickness between the bonded region and the non-bonded region. The POP label having such a preferable configuration is more difficult to crease even when the neck is bent, and exhibits a good rise.
The labeled container according to the present invention includes the POP label and a container having an arcuate curved surface, and the POP label is attached to the container so that a lateral direction of the base is along a circumferential direction of the curved surface. It is characterized by that.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the container with a label provided with the POP label excellent in the raising property of a display part and the said label can be provided. For example, even when the labeled container according to the present invention is stacked at the time of packing or display, the display part of the POP label is folded to the container side or the opposite side of the container, it is folded to the neck or the like. It is hard to get a habit. Therefore, when the load is removed, the display unit easily rises.
Hereinafter, although an example of an embodiment of the present invention is explained in detail, application of the present invention is not limited to this. The drawings referred to in the embodiments are schematically described, and the dimensional ratios of the components drawn in the drawings may be different from the actual products. Specific dimensional ratios and the like should be determined in consideration of the following description.
In this specification, the “POP label” is a label that is attached in a state where a part of the label protrudes from the end of the adherend, and is also called an eye catch label. That is, the POP label is not formed with an adhesive region over substantially the entire area of one side like a general tack label, and in principle, an adhesive region is formed at a portion protruding from the end of the adherend. Instead, the adhesion region is formed only in the portion in contact with the adherend.
In this specification, “vertical direction” means a direction in which the display unit, the neck, and the base are arranged. “Horizontal direction (also referred to as left-right direction)” means a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction. Further, it is assumed that the display unit is provided on one end in the vertical direction (also referred to as the upper end) and the base portion is provided on the other end in the vertical direction (also referred to as the lower end).
Hereinafter, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
Here, the design etc.

A conventionally known resin film (including synthetic paper) or paper can be used for the

The
The surface layers 22a and 22b serve to protect, for example, the
The

Hereinafter, the configurations of the
As described above, an
The
In the

Further, in each of the
The
As described above, the
In the present embodiment, the
FIG. 4 shows another formation pattern of the
The form shown in FIG. 4 is different from the form shown in FIG. 1 in that the
In the example shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the
In the example shown in FIG. 4C, the position is away from the
Hereinafter, the configuration of the labeled
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the labeled
In the labeled
As shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIG. 7A, in the
As described above, by having the stepped portions S on the left and right sides of the non-bonded region of the
Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 8, the operational effect (rising ability) of the
As illustrated in FIG. 8, the labeled
In the labeled
In addition, since the non-adhesion region of the
As described above, according to the
In addition, the said embodiment can be changed in design suitably in the range which does not impair the objective of this invention.
In the above embodiment, the shapes of the
In the said embodiment, although the
Further, as illustrated in FIG. 10, within a range where there is no problem such as separation or appearance of the
