Claims (8)
- 尿道組織に対する流体の無針供与装置であって、
当該無針供与装置の基端及び遠位先端と、
尿道組織によって画成された尿道内腔に配置されるように構成された、前記基端から外部シャフト先端まで延在する可撓性外部シャフトと、
流体供与管孔と、
圧力源と、
前記遠位先端における伸張可能な組織引張器と、を含み、
前記外部シャフトは前記基端と前記外部シャフト先端との間に内部管孔を含み、
前記流体供与管孔は前記内部管孔内に設けられ、
前記流体供与管孔は、
流体供与管孔基端、
流体供与管孔先端、
前記流体供与管孔基端と前記流体供与管孔先端との間に延在する射出管孔、
前記流体供与管孔基端と前記流体供与管孔先端との間に延在し、前記射出管孔を形成する流体供与管孔壁、および
前記流体供与管孔壁の開孔を通って横切って延在し且つ前記開孔を介して前記外部シャフトから離間して拡開されると共に前記外部シャフトに向けて引き戻されるように可動なオリフィスを含む前記流体供与管孔先端に設けられた無針流体供与オリフィスを含み、
前記圧力源が流体を加圧し、かつ、前記流体供与管孔を尿道組織へと侵入させることなく、前記尿道組織の表面を通って前記尿道組織に浸入し得る圧力で、前記流体供与オリフィスから流体を放出することができ、
伸張可能な前記組織引張器が、バルーン及び金属ケージから構成されるグループから選択され、
伸張可能な前記組織引張器が、前記無針流体供与オリフィスから前記尿道組織内への流体の射出のため、尿道組織において引張りを行うべく尿道内腔で伸張可能である、無針供与装置。 - 前記圧力は2000ポンド/平方インチ(約907200g/6.5cm2)またはそれ以上である、請求項1記載の無針供与装置。
- 前記基端と前記先端との間の光学的連通を可能にする光学機器を含む、請求項1記載の無針供与装置。
- 前記流体供与管孔は、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、およびポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無針供与装置。
- 前記流体供与管孔壁を通って横切って延在し且つ前記外部シャフトから離間して拡開されると共に前記外部シャフトに向けて引き戻されるように可動なオリフィスを含む前記流体供与管孔先端に第二の無針流体供与オリフィスを更に含み、第一および第二の流体供与オリフィスは相互に対しかつ共通流体源に対して連通する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無針供与装置。
- 前記流体供与オリフィスは、約0.001から0.05インチ(約0.00254〜0.125cm)の範囲の直径を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無針供与装置。
- 前記基端と前記先端との間の光学的連通を可能にする光学機器、および
前記流体供与管孔壁を通って横切って延在し且つ前記外部シャフトから離間して拡開されると共に前記外部シャフトに向けて引き戻されるように可動なオリフィスを含む前記流体供与管孔先端に第二の無針流体供与オリフィスを含み、
前記流体供与管孔は、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、およびポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る群から選択されるポリマーを含み、
前記流体供与オリフィスは、約0.001から0.05インチ(約0.00254〜0.125cm)の範囲の直径を有し、
第一および第二の流体供与オリフィスは相互に対しかつ共通流体源に対して連通する、請求項2記載の無針供与装置。 - 操縦可能先端を具備する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の無針供与装置。
