Description
Claims (3)
- 排気ガスの後処理に適用される触媒スラリーを複数のチャンネルが長手方向に形成されたモノリシック触媒支持体に定量的にコーティングする方法において、触媒スラリーを床が上下に移動する定量容器に投入する工程、触媒支持体下端および容器の上端が水平になるように触媒支持体を容器上部に移動させる工程、触媒支持体の下端および容器の上端を外部から密閉させる工程、容器の底を上方に移動させる工程、真空適用工程、触媒支持体の下端と容器の上端との密閉を解除させる工程と、コーティングされた触媒支持体を移動させる工程からなり、前記各工程が順次進行する、触媒支持体の定量的コーティング方法。
- コーティングされた触媒支持体の移動工程以後、コーティングされた触媒支持体をか焼させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の触媒支持体の定量的コーティング方法。
- コーティングされた触媒支持体の移動工程以後、容器の底を下方に移動させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の触媒支持体の定量的コーティング方法。
