Description
Claims (22)
- 風力を電気に変換するための風力タービン軸方向磁束発電機であって、
軸の周囲を回転可能な発電機回転部と、
固定子と、
を備え、前記発電機回転部と前記固定子との一方が磁石を備え、他方が、発電機回転部と固定部間の相対的な動きにより電気を誘発する電気巻線を備え、
前記発電機がさらに、
前記電気巻線の風上側に前記電気巻線の風上側の前記電気巻線と前記磁石の少なくとも一部との間の風上空隙と、
前記電気巻線の風下側に前記電気巻線の風下側の前記電気巻線と前記磁石の少なくとも一部との間の風下空隙と、
前記風上空隙と前記風下空隙の両方を通る、前記電気巻線の前記風上側と風下側の両方からの前記電気巻線を冷却するための気流となるような方向に前記風の向きを方向づける少なくとも1つの風ガイドと、
を備えた発電機。 - 前記軸を含む平面における断面において、前記少なくとも1つの風ガイドの長さが、少なくとも1つの前記空隙の半径の長さの少なくとも15パーセントである、請求項1に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 風速が少なくとも14m/秒である場合、前記少なくとも1つの風ガイドが少なくとも速度15m/秒で前記空隙を通る空気の流れを発生させる、請求項1または2に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記空隙のそれぞれが内側開口部および外側開口部を有し、前記外側開口部が前記内側開口部から外に向かって放射状に配置され、前記発電機が、前記空隙の前記外側開口部を前記風から少なくとも一部保護するように配列された外側風ガイドを有し、使用中に前記風が空気を前記外側開口部に流れ込まないようにしてある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。
- 前記外側風ガイドが前記発電機回転部に固定されている、請求項4に記載の発電機。
- 前記空隙のそれぞれが内側開口部および外側開口部を有し、前記外側開口部が前記内側開口部から外に向かって放射状に配置され、前記発電機が、空気が前記風から少なくとも1つの前記内側開口部の方に向かうように配列された内側風ガイドを有している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。
- 前記内側風ガイドが前記発電機回転部に固定されている、請求項6に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記内側風ガイドが前記発電機回転部の内側のエッジに固定され、外側に向かって前記固定子から離れるように湾曲し、流れてくる風に向かうような方向に配置されている、請求項7に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記内側風ガイドが前記固定子に固定されている、請求項6に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- さらに、前記風を前記風下空隙に風を方向づける下流風ガイドを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記下流風ガイドが前記固定子に固定されている、請求項10に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記下流風ガイドが前記発電機回転部と接触するブラシを備える、請求項11に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記下流風ガイドが前記発電機回転部に固定されている、請求項10に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記下流風ガイドが前記固定子と接触するブラシを備える、請求項13に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記固定子が、前記風の少なくとも一部が固定子を通るようにし、前記下流風ガイドが、前記固定子の前記風下の少なくとも一部に配置され、少なくとも一部の風が前記固定子から前記風下空隙へと通るようにする、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記固定子が、前記電気巻線または磁石を支持する1つの固定子支持枠をそなえ、固定子支持枠により支持される電気巻線または磁石内部に放射状に配置され、前記固定子支持枠と、固定子支持枠により支持される電気巻線または磁石との間に少なくとも若干の間隔が提供され、前記下流風ガイドが、前記間隔を通る前記風の少なくとも一部が前記風下空隙を通るように配置されている、請求項15に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記下流風ガイドが前記固定子支持枠に取り付けられている、請求項16に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記固定子が放射状に延びるスポークを備え、前記下流風ガイドが、前記スポーク間の間隔を通った少なくとも一部の風を前記風下空隙を通るような向きにするよう配置されている、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記固定子を通る前記風の少なくとも一部が前記固定子を通れるようにする開口部を備え、前記固定子を通った前記風の少なくとも一部が、前記風下の空隙に向かうよう向きを強制する固定子の風下側に前記下流風ガイドが提供される、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの風ガイドが少なくとも2つの風ガイドを備える、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの風ガイドが少なくとも3つの風ガイドを備える、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
- 請求項4または5に直接的または間接的に従属している場合に、前記外側の風ガイドが前記電気巻線を超えておよび/または前記固定子を超えて外側に突出している、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン発電機。
