Description
本発明は、スクロールポンプを提供し、該スクロールポンプは、ポンプハウジングと、同心シャフト部及び周回スクロールに結合される偏心シャフト部を有するドライブシャフトとを備え、シャフトは、使用時にシャフトの回転が固定スクロールに対する周回スクロールの周回運動を与えて、圧縮機のポンプ入口とポンプ出口との間の流体流路に沿って流体をポンプ送給するようにモータによって駆動されるように構成され、固定スクロールは、シャフトが貫通して延びて固定スクロールのモータに対して反対側で周回スクロールに結合される開口を有し、高真空領域は、スクロール構成要素の周回スクロール側に位置づけられ、低真空領域は、概してスクロール構成要素の固定スクロール側に位置づけられ、無潤滑油の回転防止装置は、周回スクロールの回転を阻止すると共に周回運動を可能にするように高真空領域に配置され、同心シャフト部及び偏心シャフト部を回転支持するベアリング構成要素は、低真空領域に配置される。

Claims (2)
- ポンプハウジングと、同心シャフト部及び周回スクロールに結合される偏心シャフト部を有するドライブシャフトとを備えるスクロールポンプであって、
前記シャフトは、使用時にシャフトの回転が固定スクロールに対する周回スクロールの周回運動を与えて、前記スクロールポンプのポンプ入口とポンプ出口との間の流体流路に沿って流体をポンプ送給するようにモータによって駆動されるように構成され、前記固定スクロールは、前記シャフトが貫通して延びて前記固定スクロールの前記モータに対して反対側で前記周回スクロールに結合される開口と、前記周回スクロールに固定され、前記スクロール構成要素の入口側に位置づけられた高真空領域と、概して前記スクロール構成要素の出口側に位置づけられた低真空領域との間をシールするキャップとを備え、
無潤滑油の回転防止装置は、周回スクロールの回転を阻止すると共に前記周回運動を可能にするように前記スクロール構成要素の周回スクロール側の前記高真空領域に配置され、同心シャフト部及び偏心シャフト部を回転支持するベアリング構成要素は、前記低真空領域に配置されており、
回転防止装置は、2つの対向するアーム対が延びる中央本体部を備え、第1の対は前記ハウジングに結合され、第2の対は前記周回スクロールに結合され、前記第1の対は可撓性があり前記ハウジングに対する前記周回スクロールの第1の方向の動きを可能にし、前記第2の対は可撓性があり前記ハウジングに対する前記周回スクロールの前記第1の方向に略直交する第2の方向の動きを可能にし、
前記ポンプは、前記ポンプの前記周回構成要素の重量バランスをとるためのカウンターウェイトを備え、前記カウンターウェイトは、前記低真空領域であって前記周回スクロールのスクロールプレートに隣接して配置されることを特徴とするスクロールポンプ。 - 前記回転防止装置は、可撓性のあるプラスチック材料からできている、請求項1に記載のスクロールポンプ。
