Claims (8)
- 計時器用ムーブメントにおいて所定の回転軸のまわりにアーバー(101)を回転させる回転デバイスであって、
アーバーの磁性材料で作られているピボット(103)と引力がはたらくように構成している磁石(106、206)を有する少なくとも1つの磁気ベアリング(105)を有し、
前記ベアリング(105)は、前記磁石(106、206)と前記ピボット(103)の間に配置されている磁束センター化構造(60、70、80、90)と、及び前記センター化構造用の支持体(144)とを有し、
このセンター化構造は、周部(61、71、81、91)と、及び少なくとも1つの接続要素(65、75、85、95)によって周部に弾性接続される中心部(63、73、83、93)とを有し、
前記中心部は、透磁性が高い材料によって形成されており、前記回転軸を包含する断面において前記磁石よりも小さな寸法構成を有し、
前記周部は、前記中心部が所定の回転軸にセンター化されるように前記支持体(144)に堅固に組み立てられ、
前記周部は、前記支持体におけるハウジング内に強制的に挿入され、前記中心部は、前記周部を介して前記支持体に接続されている
ことを特徴とする回転デバイス。 - 前記磁束センター化構造(60、70、80、90)は、少なくとも3つの弾性接続要素(65、75、85、95)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも3つの弾性接続要素は、前記中心部のまわりに規則的に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも3つの弾性接続要素は、すべて同様な形を有し、いずれの隣接した2つの弾性接続要素の間でも実質的に一定の角度ずれているように前記中心部に対して角をなして配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転デバイス。 - 耐衝撃性の回転デバイスであり、
前記ベアリング(105)は、適所に弾性保持される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の回転デバイス。 - 前記磁束センター化構造(60、70、80、90)と前記ピボットとの間に、前記ピボット(103)用の支持表面(119A)を定める摩擦ジュエルが配置されており、
前記支持表面は、前記ピボット用の止めメンバーを形成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の回転デバイス。 - 前記ベアリング(105)は、セッティング(144)を有し、
前記磁石(106)は、前記セッティングにマウントされており、
前記磁束センター化構造(60、70、80、90)は、前記磁石と前記セッティングの前記開口との間に挿入されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回転デバイス。 - 前記センター化構造(90)の外側部分(91)は、管体を形成しており、前記中心部は、前記管体の一端に位置しており、
前記磁石(206)は、前記中心部が前記磁石と前記ピボット(103)の間にあるように前記管体内でマウントされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回転デバイス。
