Claims (11)
- 回転メンバーのアーバー(101)と、及び計時器用ムーブメント内の所定の回転軸のまわりで前記アーバー(101)を回転させる回転デバイスとを有する計時器アセンブリーであって、
前記回転デバイスは、磁性材料で作られたピボット(103)と引力がはたらく磁石(106、206、306、406)を有する少なくとも1つのアーバー用磁気ベアリング(105、205)と、及び
前記磁石と前記ピボットの間に配置された受け石(63、63A、73、83、463)とを有し、
前記受け石は、硬度が500HVよりも大きく前記ピボットの材料との摩擦係数が0.1以下であるような材料で形成されており、
前記受け石を形成する材料は、透磁率が高い材料であり、
前記受け石は、回転軸を含む断面において、前記磁石よりも小さな寸法構成を有し、
前記受け石は、前記計時器用ムーブメントにおいて前記所定の回転軸に中心化されるように配置されている
ことを特徴とする計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記磁気ベアリング(105、205)は、前記受け石(63、73、83)を有する磁極構造(119、219、319)と、及び前記受け石のまわりで配置されるフレーム(61、261、361)とを有し、
前記受け石は、前記計時器用ムーブメントの支持体に固定されたフレームによって前記所定の回転軸に集中化されるように保持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記フレーム(61、261、361)と前記受け石(63、73、83)は、一体化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記フレーム(61)は、前記受け石(63)を包囲する薄板の形態であり、その厚みは、前記受け石の厚みの10分の1未満であり、
前記プレートは、前記磁石の表面に対向するように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記磁極構造(219)は、ソケットの形態であり、このソケットの端面に前記受け石が配置されており、
このソケットの内部にて前記磁石(206)がマウントされており、これによって、前記受け石は、前記磁石の表面に当接している
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記磁極構造(319)は、前記フレーム(361、371、381)を前記受け石(63、73、83)から分ける環状空間と、及び前記環状空間を通して前記受け石に前記フレームを接続する少なくとも3つのアーム(365、375、385)とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記受け石に前記フレームを接続する前記アームは、弾性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記フレーム(61、261、361)は、実質的に非磁性の材料によって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 高透磁率を有する前記受け石の材料は、硬い金属と、コバルト又はニッケルとの混合体によって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 選択される前記硬い金属は、炭化タングステン(WC)であり、前記バインダーは、コバルトであり、
前記混合体におけるコバルトの割合は、実質的に20%〜25%である
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の計時器アセンブリー。 - 前記受け石を形成する透磁率が高い材料は、磁性金属性ガラスである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の計時器アセンブリー。
