Description
更に棒材aとリング材bの両端部との2箇所の接触部位を表裏両側で、合計4箇所を別々に溶接部c1、c2、c3、c4で一体化した後に焼きなましを行わねばならないが、結果的に棒材a及びリング材b側の残留応力が4箇所で異なってしまうため、微妙な歪みが生じてしまうなど、解決せねばならない課題があった。

Claims (1)
- 棒材の先端にリング材を、該リング材の連結部間に前記棒材の先端を位置させる様にセットし、プロジェクション溶接機における一対の電極の先端を、前記連結部の外側面に当て、通電させながら前記一対の電極で前記連結部の外側から内側へ挟み付けて、前記棒材と前記連結部の接触部を溶融一体化して溶接部を形成し、前記棒材に対し前記リング材を2箇所同時に溶接一体化可能にしたことを特徴とする牽引フックの製造法。
